Good to go, thank you.
Done. PHP 7.3 and dropping the version down doesn’t help.
Can I get an update on this please?
The Vault page
A successful outcome would be to have the following added to that text box and properly save. At this time, I cannot even get a blank text box to save.

Feel free to close this ticket. Found another solution. Thanks!
Good to go, thank you!
Nora – I’m also not on the Enfold team, but as Milan said, you are being rude and disrespectful. The questions you’ve asked have been asked so many times and a quick search would have gotten you some answers.
I would have refunded your money…20 rude comments ago.
Good enough, thank you!
Thank you, but the issue is still there.

Thanks, Mike. Good to go on the button issue. As for the iPhone issue, I’ll wait to hear from the team. I did look at your link.
I’m not sure where the issue lies (Chrome Inspector, Enfold, iPhone, etc.), but it’s frustrating that views are different. See the example below.
This is how the home page looks in Chrom Inspector (iPhone 7 landscape).
This is how that same page looks on the Chrome browser (iPhone 7 landscape).
This is how that same page looks on the Safari browser (iPhone 7 landscape).I’m not looking for perfection here, as I know how difficult this stuff is. However, a client will never accept elements bleeding into their headers.
The code below was the answer. Good to close. Thanks.
#top #wrap_all .av-burger-overlay .av-burger-overlay-scroll #av-burger-menu-ul li.menu-vault a {
color: #fff !important;
background-color:#d0000a;
}Everything is back to the way it was, which is working pretty close to what I need. I think you may have missed the topic of this thread, which is Mobile Menu.
I need the text to be white for the Vault menu item only. When I set with CSS, it causes the Vault menu item to disappear on click.
All minification and caching currently disabled. The menu item is still disappearing after placing the code at the top of the Quick CSS.
Isssue is still there.
Awesome! Thanks, and I’ll keep my eye out.
Surprised it wasn’t recommended, but you absolutely need to update PHP to at least 7.1.x.
If you’re using a Child Theme, delete Enfold via FTP and upload a fresh copy of the latest version.
The issue is now resolved, but this was def not a good support experience.
The screenshot provided by ENFOLD is showing what I’m seeing, which is wrong and broken.
Someone changed the icons.
The theme is not showing the icons formatted correctly, which is ALSO shown in your screenshot.
The icons were all leafs and even broken in your screenshot.
Shouldn’t have to reinstall a theme for this. Seems like a path and or file could be created/added via FTP, to satisfy what LS/Enfold is looking for.
Not only are the icons not working, they are the wrong icons.
I’m not recommending this theme to another client if this keeps being ignored. I just had another client contact me because of this. There is no reason that headers should change like this just because of a media query change.
This ticket is also related.
The amount of CSS needed (and it still doesn’t completely do the job) to make transparent headers consistent on all devices sizes…is unacceptable. I’ve been super patient, but I can absolutely show you themes that give an ETA on when something will be fixed.
1. Downloaded fresh 4.4 files from ThemeForest
2. Deleted Enfold directory via FTP
3. Uploaded fresh 4.4 files via FTPSame issue.
Please tell me how to fix this.
I went through a clean install and all 4 options for Layslider as they pertain to Enfold. The issue was not there. As soon as you introduce the standalone plugin, issues start to appear. While it has gotten better since I first started using Enfold, I think the path to enabling/disabling the standalone plugin still needs further testing and better instructions.
Let’s say a customer were to use the built-in LS, then found out they wanted to do more with LS (premium options) and they installed the standalone version. Now, let’s say the standalone plugin is up for renewal and their budget requires them to go back to the built-in version of LS. They would most likely be hit with this issue. So, what I would do (which I already have) if I were Enfold, is to do a fresh install, introduce the standalone version,
and then switch back to the built-in version. Document the process, the outcome, etc., testing for the blank.gif issue I’ve mentioned.Enfold’s instructions for LS in the dashboard need to be spelled out even more and this line makes no sense to me: “If you want to use this plugin again later, select “Activate”, save the options and reinstall the theme”. It’s already activated on fresh installs, so how can you activated what’s already activated.
