Hi Jordan,
I tried deactivating each and all of the plugins; didn’t solve issue. The only thing that seems to help prevent this is to do any change in text mode rather than visual mode, hit the update button and immediately navigate away from the page. Any suggestions you have are welcome…

May 9, 2016 at 5:55 pm in reply to: Unable to communcate with Instagram. widget fail after update of enfold #629394Thanks for that feedback; it could have been a regional issue: the Instagram outage map did temporarily show a marker in my client’s location over the weekend. (Useful website: http://downdetector.com/status/instagram/map/ )
I checked the site this morning and it’s working although I didn’t make any changes.Thank you for the css snippet suggestion; slightly modified to the site’s general button colors and now in use…
And thanks much for the support response! Mark this one solved…Kind regards,

Yigit – THANK YOU, THANK YOU! It was a 2 second solution; but took a bit of time searching to find your solution. Will keep this in mind as a possible process for resolving page display issues in the future. :)
Have a great day!July 18, 2014 at 5:39 am in reply to: Minor Woo Commerce error issue: "No products found which match your selection." #292825Oh yeah! Thanks Ismael – that worked beautifully. I will take note of this, and tuck it away for future reference. Obviously the colors change depending on what I set up in the avia framework. Kudos to you; the team here is terrific!! (I’ll be recommending Enfold, and Team Kriesi to anyone who’s looking for a WordPress template…)
Consider this one RESOLVED :)

July 17, 2014 at 8:00 pm in reply to: Minor Woo Commerce error issue: "No products found which match your selection." #292627@Devin, your suggestion got rid of the extraneous empty query, so thank you!
Now I just have to figure out how to get the “avia-arrow” class to show up; a black outline is there just below every product photo on the landing page of the shop, but the div is non-existent so just the outline shows. Clicking through to a product, you will see how that little arrow is supposed to look. Down to a minor display issue now, so that’s good!

July 16, 2014 at 5:30 pm in reply to: Minor Woo Commerce error issue: "No products found which match your selection." #292147Hello Devin, Thanks for your reply; makes sense to me. That is probably the issue – but I don’t know how to correct it.
I am definitely using the layout builder. I started with a new page using the layout builder, added a text box for the intro paragraph, then added a product grid, then selected categories of products to include, and sort order. Hit the save button and the page works beautifully except for that empty query. Looks like the empty query is coming up in the text box, but I do want to have some sort of text on the store landing page…
If you have tips on what settings I need to change to eliminate the “double loop” I am grateful as I’m not a programmer. If not I understand, and will keep looking on forums for suggestions. Either way, have a terrific day!
July 15, 2014 at 3:19 am in reply to: Minor Woo Commerce error issue: "No products found which match your selection." #291357Thanks, Ismael. I did just do that, and the annoying error message is still there. I’ll continue to search and see if I can find any forum where this issue is solved. If so, I will gladly post that solution here.
