I’m having this issue now. Order details where there this morning, now they aren’t. No address, no name, even order totals. I don’t use that plugin so it must be another conflict though I hadn’t updated anything
Re: Woocommerce emails not sending
As Shannon suggested, I was checking with my host if the Email issues could be related to that but I realized that I AM getting emails from Woocommerce …however the emails that are sending are the New Orders emails that goes to the store owners account from Woo. The Order Processing email that goes to the customer, which I have copied over to my Enfold Child Theme is the one that is not sending.
I had it copied over there because I recall when setting it up being told that this way when WooCommerce did updates, it would not wipe out any customization I have done to the template.
Thanks all being said, could the reason that specific email is not sending be because of an issue with the child theme?

I’m still looking at the email sending issues but re: the Stripe. Can you have a look at the site, put a product in the cart then select Stripe? I’m not sure that’s a server issue. I was on an older vriosn on Enfold and just updated but the problem is still there.
Sorry for the late response. Is it OK to upload the theme zip file fail WordPress dashboard? Is there a specific reason to do this via FTP?
THanks Gunter – I had no idea there was an update release. I have a few questions
1) would this be the parent theme and not the child?
2) do I need to download the zip then upload to my site?
3) Is there an auto update option available for suture updates?THanks
I want that when someone selects a variation (example S for size small), the selected button/icon is more bold or a different colour outline, so that it stands out more. Currently, there is not much difference in the way a selected variation button looks and one that is not selected.
The question is more so related to the Display Everywhere widget area. How does that display, as a sidebar? Is there a way to have a widget area in the header that displays on all pages?

In looking through I noticed the weight in Chrome is heavy in a few places including the blog and on shop product titles and amount. I really would rather not change the font so how would I change the weight on the rest of the sight? I’m assuming this is less complicated than doing individual items?

Can you point to me instructions on copying/export the settings from parent to child. The simplest / layman way.
I’ve downloaded the child theme but I haven’t activated it yet. When I look at the Preview of It on my site…much of my customization isn’t showing, Will activating the child theme mea I lose all of the font, colour preferences etc that I’ve made to my site?

So if I understand correctly, even though I currently have Enfold, I need to download a file that is Enfold Child theme on top of that and in the child theme functions.php is where I should be making changes not in the regular Enfold functions.php?
And if this is correct, what happens with changes I have made in there thus far? Is there a way to have them copied over to the child theme so that I can just have all and any customizations in one place?
Thanks Ishmael…for some reason when I was using ALB for the blog page comments were’t showing on the post pages so I switched to Grid. Now that I’ve switched back to ALB the comments see to still be there.
So there is no way to customize the preset grid layout? What about just having an image or text above where the grid begins? If I could do that I could at least create a header for the page instead of it just being the grid and that’s it
And if I use the ALB is there a way to have comments appear for each blog post without having to manually adding the field to each post?

How do I do that? I’m not using the Avia builder for my blog I am using Theme Options > Blog Layout > Grid Layout
As I mentioned, I am not using then 4th option (Use Advanced layout editor…) because I do not want to have to manually add a comments section with each post
