I’m receiving this error as well….not sure if it’s related to what’s happening or if it’s a different problem:

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.

First, visit your website (https://www.saysyou.net/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.saysyou.net/wp-login.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://www.saysyou.net/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=Q30afeEqJR8dIrxoYIjDNW&rm_key=gSZWKnyVaMMCNfNCEEE04o

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.5
Current theme: Enfold Child (version 1.1)
    Current plugin: (version )
    PHP version 7.4.9

    Hi Nikko,

Thank you for your patience with this site. Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS is not available to me. This is all I see when I go to that location:
    2020-08-19_09-00-31

The navigation looks much better, but it’s still not right. This is what it used to look like:
    2020-08-19_09-09-54

The Shop is also not looking right. The images are huge and things are jumbled up on the pages. The cart and checkout pages are fine, but everything else isn’t. I have no idea what has happened to the site.

I know you guys are very busy. I appreciate your help. The menu was a major headache for the client.

    Thank you.

    Hi Nikko,

I know you guys are busy, so no problem. Updates have been applied, including WordPress 5.5, we are running the latest version of Enfold theme. Even so, the problem with the header remains. However, once we activate Enfold parent theme – the issue seems to disappear. This looks like a problem with the child theme, but I can’t tell (so far) what exactly it is. Can you please check on that? I never would have expected this problem using a child theme. Have you come across a similar issue before?

I created a temporary login for you in the Private Content area.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

A number of strange things are happening to this site:

    • There are updates that need to happen, but they aren’t visible in the dashboard. You can only see them when you click on Updates at the top of the page.
    • The sub-menu items are not visible where they should be. For example, Listen In menu item should have a drop down with three sub-menu items. If you hover over Listen In you will see one of the sub-menu items under My Account in the top right covering the Shop menu item.
    • I can’t get the menu centered. I’ve researched, found some suggestions in the forum, and put in code, but I can’t get it to work.
    • The Slider on the Home page is fine except for one image, it’s not the right side. I deleted it and put it in again, but that didn’t work. I also duplicated one of the other slides and substituted the image for the one that is causing a problem and that didn’t work either.

I’ve added the plugin you asked me to add and pasted the link in the Private content area.

Thank you for your patience and help.

I’m not sure if my post went through, so sending again in the Private Content area. If you get it more than once, sorry about that.

I think my issue has been resolved. Thank you.

I’ve solved some of the problem. I was able to get the content to show above my product category, episodes (https://www.saysyou.net/product-category/episodes/). But I have a new problem. That same content shows up here: https://www.saysyou.net/store/ in the product archive below the image of the product. I’m thinking somewhere I need a line of code that says display: none; but not sure of the code.

Actually, that image is not quite accurate. I added the description to that category (uncategorized) and it didn’t work. So then I thought that maybe I should put it in the description box of the category where I want it to appear:

    2020-05-12_1040

    but sadly, it didn’t work….

    Hi Victoria,

Thank you for your help. I did what you suggested, but I don’t see the description I put in. Here’s an image of what I did:

    2020-05-12_1012

We need it to show up on this page: https://www.saysyou.net/product-category/episodes/

    https://www.saysyou.net/product-category/bundle/

    What should I do?

    Thanks.
