HELPPPP My theme in 2 apges from my dashboard dont work…

I you go to my dashboard and go to pages and go to transparent header my layout editor dosent work there is a loading circle that continues moving , i have to show this to a client tomorow and i cant continue working , im frustrated. please help!!!!

I have a nother question,… can i delete the reply section on this post page? i will like to delete the replies , leave a reply , the last section part? cause ive been looking and cant find the part in theme options so i can delete it. please help. tahnk you. the page es this one.
