That did not work. The links still do not work on mobile. Does it matter that I am not using the parallax section on all of the color sections? Some of them are just fixed backgrounds inside the color sections.
April 11, 2014 at 3:39 am in reply to: Navigation hover indicator is not lining up with header div #250058Thanks, this makes the icons really small so I am not sure I will use it.
I did notice that my buttons do not work on the mobile version of the website. I am not able to click the learn more button or any of the buttons on the about me page.
The links to blog articles and other content like that works but no buttons or images will let you click through. Any ideas why this would be happening?
April 10, 2014 at 10:23 pm in reply to: Navigation hover indicator is not lining up with header div #249950That CSS fix worked perfect for the menu, thanks.
I have selected the shrinking menu option but please take a look quickly as it is quite ugly and distracting. Let me know when I can change it back or if there is a quick fix. Thanks.
Ok, I was able to get the icon in there but it does not work with the small fixed header. Is there an easy fox for this or do I need to think about another menu style option?
Also, the top-top nav bar. The one with social icons and secondary menu. Will that support a drop down function as it is or would that require custom code?
Thanks,

March 26, 2014 at 9:31 pm in reply to: Blog links sending people to wrong page – Avia glitch? #243555I could not leave it like it was as none of the links worked but I recreated the page from a template on this page here. http://raymmar.com/blog-test
The difference from this page and the blog home page on the main site is the blog elements options. On the live blog page I have it set as a grid layout with one column and on the blog test page (where the problems are occurring) I am using the single column, large image option to display the posts.
Not sure if that makes sense. I tried all of the different options for this section of the blog and the only one that does not drive them to the subscribe page is the grid layout with one column. The problem is that it does not display the media player in line and it does not display as large a excerpt from the article which I like as these are my most recent articles.
March 26, 2014 at 9:18 pm in reply to: Blog links sending people to wrong page – Avia glitch? #243543Not all of the links are broken. If you click on the image of the first article it takes you to the article itself but all of the other links seem to be taking the user to the subscribe page and not to the article itself.
@ismael : I can definitely tell that you all are designers at heart and brilliant developers as well. You have made so many things possible for me with a simple theme. It is not a perfect solution but for now it is all it needs to be. Soon there will be more. Much more.
Do you guys have a lead for me on who can do custom development on the enfold theme? Someone you know is comfortable with the theme and competent?
Thanks,
Enfold has changed my world. It allows me to create the website I always wanted without the crazy custom design expense.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I think this might work to do what I am looking for but I am not sure to which file it would need to be installed. There is a wp-login.php file that I am looking at and I feel like this would be the right place but I am not a php guy so I have no idea where I would put it. Do you think this would work and if so any idea where to drop it so that it does not screw with anything else inside the theme?
<?php global $userdata; get_currentuserinfo(); if (!is_user_logged_in()) { echo "Hello there, Guest..."; ?> <form action="wp-login.php" method="post"> Username: <input type="text" name="log" id="user_login" class="input" /> Password:<input type="password" name="pwd" id="user_pass" class="input" /> <input type="hidden" name="testcookie" value="1" /> <input name="rememberme" type="checkbox" id="rememberme" value="forever" /> Remember Me <input type="submit" name="wp-submit" id="wp-submit" value="Log In" /> </form> <?php } else { echo 'Welcome back' . $userdata->user_login . 'Logout.'; } ?>
Tried it and it is still up there. I’m telling you this thing has stumped us good. Any other suggestions?
October 8, 2013 at 6:37 am in reply to: Displaying custom post types inside of the Avia Layout Builder #172099Gotcha! I figured as much but thought I would ask to see if this was something that was simple to do. No worries. Thanks.
October 8, 2013 at 4:20 am in reply to: Displaying custom post types inside of the Avia Layout Builder #172069No, I have already done all of this. I am looking to display custom taxonomies inside of the layout builder. For example, in the avia layout builder right now I can display portfolio and blog posts and sort them by custom taxonomies. I would like to be able to display custom post types in the same way. So that certain portions of certain pages auto update as I add new posts in the custom post types.
This video shows how to get the advanced editor on your blog posts as well as in any custom post types. Hope it helps.
Devin,
I upgraded the theme and am still having problems with the comments section. I am not sure what is happening. I deactivated the facebook comments plug in and the default comments show up where they should be but when the plug in is activated the comment box shows up in the sidebar. Weird huh? I have looked everywhere that might have something to so with the positioning of this element but I cannot figure it out.
Could there be a separate style sheet somewhere affecting its positioning? Wouldn’t it just inherit the properties of the default comments? Anyway, any help here would be appreciated.
September 16, 2013 at 7:44 pm in reply to: Problem displaying theme in IE – Only certain versions #161849Here are some screen shots of what we are dealing with in Internet explorer. The image on the left is in chrome and on the right is the clients version of IE – he has the most recent version of IE as I do but he is using windows 7 and I am on windows 8.
Thanks again.
September 16, 2013 at 7:06 pm in reply to: Problem displaying theme in IE – Only certain versions #161833I know, for some reason it looks fine on my computer as well. However my clients, and many of their customers are having problems in certain versions of internet explorer. Its actually not even different versions, its different OS. I have no idea what to do here as I can barely even recreate the problem on my computers.
I even sent a link to your theme demo and they are displaying weird as well. I asked the client to send me some screenshots so I will upload them as soon as I get them. This is really weird. and even more difficult considering I am not able to replicate the problem myself.
September 16, 2013 at 9:54 am in reply to: Where do the email addresses go from forms filled out using the form builder #161601Thanks for the prompt response. I ended up going with Gravity Forms as I needed some additional functionality for the forms on this site. thanks again and I will let you know if there are any other issues.
Thanks again for the great theme
September 16, 2013 at 5:09 am in reply to: Where do the email addresses go from forms filled out using the form builder #161552Is there any easy way to be able to track the form submissions or get them to export through CSV? I have been searching and I know there are a bunch of forms plug-ins but maybe you know of something simple that can help me capture the form submissions as they come in.
