Hi There,
It has been solved! We succeeded in updating the theme through the update button with the API key. Then it updated to 2.9.2 and it looks like the problems are solved!

Hi There,
I am back :-) We have done the following:
– switched on and off all of our plugins.
– downloaded and installed by use of FTP, version 2.9.2 of Enfold. -> WordPress indicates that still version 2.6.2 is installed while we downloaded 2.9.2. Strange!
– We still experience the same issues: menu options not showing up and unable to delete images when trying to adjust our products.Is it maybe a good idea to create an user role in our website so that you can take a look yourself? At the moment we are not progressing which impacts our business.
