I did it! I uploaded our theme via FTP! It looks perfect!

So I just uninstalled Enfold from http://www.qslafoundation.org but now I am back to the problem I had at the beginning, which was unable to install a theme!
So now I don’t have a theme on the website running. Could you help please?

I am not sure how to do a manual upload. I downloaded a software (Filezilla) but as soon as I downloaded it, one of the 3 websites we have with Enfold theme, crashed. It turned out to be another issue, but I feel its related to downloading Filezilla – our security was somehow breached.
Is there another way to do it instead of manual download? Our first Enfold had NO issues, and ever since we bought multiple Enfold themes, we’ve been having issues……Please let me know if there is an alternative.

I have set the ‘no sidebar’ on all pages, even on single pages, but every new page we add has a side bar that does NOT adjust to the Enfold theme. Also, the footer does not show up on the website. If you go to http://www.qslafoundation.org, there is no footer.
I will try to add the custom code provided.

Could Woo Commerce have done the error? I see that Woo Commerce is installed and shows as part of the Enfold theme.
The code I added in CSS:

display: block;
}
#sidebar #searchform {
display: none !important;

I tried all that, even added a code I saw online with no luck. The sidebar shows on only 2 pages but the footer is missing everywhere!
Please let me know if there is something else.

I actually fixed it by adding the code provided by Ismael on the Enfold theme info page. It is all good for now! Thanks again for following up and we really appreciate your help!

Unfortunately, the vertical search bar is back on 2 of the pages of the website. It just appeared 2 days ago. Please visit http://www.qslafoundation.org under ‘Blog’ and ‘Shop’ tabs.
Let me know if/how it can be fixed.

If you look at http://www.qslafoundation.org, I think every page except the ‘home’ page has a search bar placed vertically. Our info is shown below.

Hi there! I got the theme to upload except now I have the same problem as I had with another website where I use Enfold – the search bar is shown vertically across every page.
This happened before with another website and Mike from Enfold fixed it. Could you take a look at reply #935646

Hi there;
I was able to upload the theme yesterday by increasing the space on the php panel and then using a different browser .Now that its uploaded, I am having the same issue I had one month ago with another website (www.qsla.ca) and Mike helped out and got it to work.
The problem is that the ‘search’ bar shows up vertically across each page. Please see http://www.qslafoundation.org

hey @kahman, I just tried your directions while I was on hold with my hosting provider and the upload did not work. Do y ou have any oher suffestions? my hosting provider just told me to do a manual upload with Filezilla but I am hoping there is a easier way
Hey Mike, wow, you went far beyond what I expected. Thank you so much for fixing my issue. We have another website, http://www.qslafoundation.org, and will definitely purchase the Enfold theme for it as well.

I do not recalling disabling the layerslider. I am not sure what the access is to php. Would that be with our GoDaddy account?

Hi there! I just made another update to our Enfold theme and this time, we have a search bar placed vertically on almost all pages. Also, the footer is gone!

OK, I actually was able to update the Enfold theme by adding my API to the ‘Theme Update’ portion of Enfold. Now I have another issue. I have the new ‘Tab Section’, which is why I wanted the update – I really like the new Tab Section, except when I add it to my website, the tab writing is REALLY small and spears on the left corner of the tab banner. Also, the banner is very small.
