Hi Rikard,
Honestly we are very disappointed about your reply. We contacted Enfold Support to assist and not getting kind of reply question.
Regarding the issue -element live preview- which was not working. After your reply I searched a lot in the internet
and found some helpful replies from your colleagues.E.g.
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/editor-element-live-preview/#post-761247
The first example was helpful for us. In the Enfold theme options – layout builder this position was disabled on our side.
After enabling live preview it is now working.

Hi Victoria,
Your quick CSS was not working and had no effect.
I placed the tour iframe in a code block instead.
And also needed to amend the quick CSS for that as below ( max-width & add position ) so that tour is shown correctly on mobile portrait views:
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
.ogulo iframe {
width: 97vw !important;
position:absolute;left: -0%;
}
}Best regards
Claudia
Victoria,

December 12, 2017 at 12:39 pm in reply to: problem Browser Caching and blocked CSS-Ressource #887885Hi Rikard,
Thanks but this is not what I’m looking for.
We are already using the plugin Hummingbird. Using it mobile score is 58 / desktop 70 ( Google PageSpeed Insights ).
Nevertheless I deactivated Hummingbird and tried the plugins mentioned in your refered thread: CometCache, Autooptimize …. .
This is not changing score that much so I get back to Hummingbird.Would like to have information about the below:
1. Setting an expiry date or a maximum age in the HTTP headers for static resources instructs the browser to load previously downloaded resources from local disk rather than over the network.
https://static.doubleclick.net/instream/ad_status.js (15 minutes)
https://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js (2 hours)2. Your page has 1 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.
Optimize CSS Delivery of the following:
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,600need to reduce
https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/…tor/0.5.3/css/bootstrapValidator.min.css könnten nach der Komprimierung 245 Byte (58 %) eingespart werden.Thanks

Additional information in .htaccess. Please see below private content for further details.
May these causes problems, e.g. with running plugins?
Thanks.

September 15, 2017 at 5:24 pm in reply to: homepage start side not loading correctly in Mozilla Firefox #852605The 360 tour is provided by OGULO. We only inserted the iframe.
About which period of time are we talking for deactivating the plugins?
Thanks
MarcoSeptember 14, 2017 at 4:34 pm in reply to: homepage start side not loading correctly in Mozilla Firefox #852164Hi,
Maybe an important point…….
Wordpress section ” plugin updates “: There is shown that 1 update is available but looking into that there is no plugin that can be updated.
I have layerslider WP shown in the dashboard. There are updates outstanding. Think this is bundled in the theme so I can not do any updated as I have no purchase code.
The LayerSlider WP included old images which are not used on the frontside. Deleted those images. I’m using since the beginning the layer slider from the Avia Layout Architect.
May the possibility that there is a LayerSlider WP update causes any issues? How could that be fixed?
Many thanks.

September 14, 2017 at 11:52 am in reply to: homepage start side not loading correctly in Mozilla Firefox #852003Some days ago I already deactivated all plugins but issue remained. So more a theme issue?
Which gallery do you mean exactly?Beneath plugins amendments were only done with above mentioned quick CSS.
Thanks.

September 13, 2017 at 9:04 am in reply to: homepage start side not loading correctly in Mozilla Firefox #851445Hi,
Before checking this may there be an issue with the scroll top link? Becaus this scroll to top link is popping nearby the frontside is jumping to while loading. Is this positioned correctly between container and flex column?
Further details see below.Thanks
Marco
September 12, 2017 at 8:54 am in reply to: homepage start side not loading correctly in Mozilla Firefox #850871Thanks.
Is there a chance to further determine the problem?
After my changes the issue is fixed now on my Mac using Mozilla Firefox. I’m using a MacBook Pro (Retina 13 Zoll, beginning 2015), Sierra 10.12.6..
Homepage is running fine on my Android mobile as well. Checked that with browser MF.
But on my colleague’s laptop, using a Macbook Air, the frontside is still jumping on MF while loading.
Is the side loading fine on your side using MF on a Window’s PC?
What could cause this strange behaviour? Any further idea?
Thanks.

September 11, 2017 at 2:54 pm in reply to: homepage start side not loading correctly in Mozilla Firefox #850526Hi,
I tried some changes on the frontside and solved the issue.
I deleted the quick CSS @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {.home .iconbox_content {min-height: 200px;
}}. Furthermore I substituted the three text content boxes sittung below the three youtube films ( end of frontpage ) from the layout grid section to normal layout text block.( I changed the Maximum Container width to 97 PCT as well. )
Could you check if homepage is running fine on all browsers on your side as well?
Thanks
Marco

Then disabled all plugins: No luck, problem remains.Any idea?
