Thanks for the tip, I tried once more to use the code that Yigit posted and cleared cache/cookies and tried it on Safari and Chrome.
Unfortunately, still no mobile menu. I did try switching off our child theme and dropping the CSS in there, but it still wasn’t showing a mobile menu.
We are experiencing the same issue. I haven’t been able to get the CSS recommended by Yigit (posted above) to display the mobile menu. Are you able to assist with a fix?
Once the screen hits 989px the menu disappears and only the cart icon remains. Would love to get your input on how to get the mobile menu to show up!
August 23, 2017 at 11:48 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Ship to a Different Address not pulling from My Account Settings #843321Just a quick update:
For now, I got my CSS hack to over-ride the hamburger menu in desktop mode. However, it still does not show on mobile.
This isn’t something I can fix with Javascript or CSS, as the menu simply isn’t there at all, it isnt like it is hidden or something. So the main question I have now is how can we get the menu showing up on mobile?
August 23, 2017 at 9:44 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Ship to a Different Address not pulling from My Account Settings #843284It looks like the address is pulling in. I also received word from WooCommerce that it’s a bug that they are fixing in their next version.
For the Menu issue. I’ve removed the header.php file completely, but the hamburger is still showing up on desktop and not showing on mobile. I’ve added in a File Manager to the site so you can view the files. How do we get our menu back to normal with full text on the tablet/desktop and hamburger on mobile?

Were you able to reproduce the checkout address issue? I did submit this to WooCommerce, but it seems to only affect my Enfold sites.
August 15, 2017 at 12:49 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Ship to a Different Address not pulling from My Account Settings #839247I was able to login using the credentials I sent over, more details below.
I’m also seeing this ghost plugin update on my recently updated site.
Thanks Victoria! Will this fix not come out until the next release or could it be sooner than that? Just trying to plan our launch schedule to match up with a solution to the product grid. Thanks again for the help in reporting this to the developers!
June 9, 2017 at 4:02 pm in reply to: My Account Order History, WooCommerce Page – 1 Product Per Page #806116Thanks for your feedback! I’ll play around with the plugins to see if if there is one causing the problems.
May 29, 2017 at 11:57 pm in reply to: Portfolio Grids not fulling loading, bunching images together #801303Also, if it helps, I’ve attached a development site where we’ve asked it to show all 38 bases and 100 colorways on one page. We are working on the database as you recommended and these improvements are still causing a massive image display issue.
May 29, 2017 at 10:55 pm in reply to: Portfolio Grids not fulling loading, bunching images together #801289Thanks for the quick reply Mike! We are currently using Pantheon and could certainly get them involved on the optimization part… I’ve seen slow loading times, but what I haven’t seen is the enfold portfolio feature only loading the first 100px of the image height and then moving to the next row… it even ends up running off the page. Sometimes, when this happens, you can’t even see the footer. Could you provide clarification on how the database is involved here? This database and server hardware (setup through Pantheon) should easily be able to withstand that number of queries.
If this helps any, when I tested an update the Product Grid gave me a large error in the first area of the site. We reverted back to the previous version of WooCommerce.
This was the error:
