Thank you! Disabling that plugin worked. It has always been a bit hinky and I was considering deleting it for other reasons. Now I’m sure I don’t want it!
Thank you again! Great support as always!Thank you for your response. That was a very simple (and embarrassingly obvious) fix. The strange thing is, I don’t recall ever changing that styling/sizing and the slideshow has been up there for two years. It was just very big all of a sudden and the only thing I could remember doing was upgrading Enfold.

Thank you for your response, but I’m afraid that didn’t work. It still displayed the date. Any other ideas?

Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in ……/wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php
When I asked my web host to upgrade my version of php, it was fixed (I am now running 7.0.25)
I am not on GoDaddy, I’m on Hostagtor on a shared server.FYI: I had this issue – my error was related to a php file involving the header. I asked my host to upgrade my php version. I am currently running 7.0.25 and it is working again.

As stated previously, I believe Enfold’s new preview function is reading this bit of javascript in such a way that it is causing a redirect to a full page view of the gallery, which keeps me from saving my work.
I’ve tried embedding other things: a google calendar, a Facebook post, a twitter post, a twitter feed. They all work fine, which my etsy gallery code did as well until my recent upgrade of Enfold. So it must be something about the way the snippet is structured and how it relates to enfold. (?) I am not a developer – just a well-seasoned web design amateur.
If anyone has an idea how to change the code to something more appropriate or if there is a way to know why it’s not working with the new enfold release, let me know. It’s not critical to my site but a bummer that I can’t use it.

My website is for promoting my jewelry work and I link to a mini gallery from etsy.com which presents four constantly updated images of my work and links back to their site, my etsy page, for shopping. Here’s the snippet:

I am trying to place it in a textbox using the Avia Layout Editor. I open the “text” tab in order to enter the code, I paste the code, and the browser window redirects to a blank page showing the mini gallery. I don’t redirect to etsy, I redirect to what looks to be a preview of the code. At this point, I can’t save because I’m no longer on the editing page and if I go back or refresh, nothing is saved or edited. Just like if I left the page without saving.

Thank you for your response. I downloaded Safari since June so I think I have the latest version. I am happy to hear that you were able to see the images. They loaded fine on my friend’s Ipad as well. I’ll assume it’s not an enfold issue, but a Safari glitch that is not consistent on all devices.
I just clicked on one of the placeholders and the lightbox displayed the image. When I left the lightbox, all the images loaded into both galleries. Safari is so screwy. I am wondering of this is what newcomers to the site will have to go through.
