Hi Rikard,
Thank you for the update,
and yes that was the culprit, all is working as intended, have a great day!Kind Regards
PawelHi Rikard,
Yes, I do know that this field is responsible for styling of the hover state. As you can see hover state font color is selected as #1a1a1a but on the website it is displaying as white #ffffff. Something is overwriting that styling and because of that I can’t se the Enfold->Advanced Styling
Kind Regards
PawelHi Rikard,
Sorry yes I was reffering to the regular menu. It meant to be blue background with white text, when highlighted it should be white highlight with blue text. At the moment I can’t change highlighted white text color to blue, something is preventing it.
Kind Regards
PawelHi Rikard,
I have sort of fixed it, mobile menu is being displayed properly but styling of menu is now all messed up.
I would like to have dropdown menu in white colour with blue text. Highlight bar would be blue with white text, but somehow it does not work.
Kind Regards
PawelHi Rikard,
I know the header is a mess, previous web designer created it like that an now I am trying to fix it.
I have removed that header built with Layout Builder, but now logo is not showing up nor the menu, but all the settings are correct. Would you be able to have a look, please? Website is on a staging hosting so it’s ok to do any updates.
Kind Regards
PawelHi Rikard,
Thank you for that, code worked but now, the mobile menu is is exactly inside the Header, so you can’t actually see it.
Is there a way of moving Burger Menu to the left of the logo or above the Header as on attached screenshot?Kind Regards
PawelHi Rikard,
basically customer has a Enfold theme which they use to advertise property listings. At the moment website pull information about listings via iFrame which is not ideal. To fully integrate MRI system customer is using to manage properties they have been told to use Property Hive WordPress plugin to integrate it.
Plugin simply connects MRI database and outputs it on the website but does Enfold theme have any capability to do so or display listings in any way?Kind Regards
PawelHi Rikard,
I can’t really find where previous admin inserted this code, credentials attached.
Kind Regards
PawelHi,
I know it’s an old topic but could you share website link how it looks like with integrated Property Hive plugin with Enfold theme as I am facing same possible problem
Kind Regards

Hi Steve,
Yes, Enfold 4.8.1, running on WP 5.7.
Previously it was version: 4.7.6.4 only because API did not link properly and wasn’t picking up on newer version. Thanks
PawelHi Ismael,
It might be just me, but by disabling the page loader it looks like page loads quite quick now.
I will continue to work on gtmetrix, many thanks for your help, this ticket can be closed now.Kind Regards
PawelHi Ismael,
Thanks for the reply,
I did tried most of the gtmetrix recommendations, got one or two to go through.
With regards to the page preloader how do you disable it?
Kind Regards
PawelHi Ismael,
many thanks for looking into it. Yes, I am aware of GTmetrix. To be honest I have managed to rase the score by few percent but that did not changed the load time at all. The problem is time taken from First Contentful Paint till Fully loaded. Images are optimised as much as possible. Header video is Youtube hosted.
I have uploaded .webm video file, properly compressed with VP8 codec and another in H.264 .mp4, so the file is very small, just to compare loading times. And it made a huge difference on GTmetrix but not really in real life. It looks like Youtube video is causing First Contenful Paint lag, as by uploading 3mb file it cut the time by 4-5 seconds, but not in real life just syntetic test.
Even when I have started working on a clean demo import it was really slow.
Kind Regards
PawelHi Victoria,
apologies once again, it looks like both laptops and browsers had constant issues with cookies/cache, it is all working fine.
This post can be closed.Kind Regards
PawelHi Victoria,
I think we are back to where we have started.
I would say it was temporary glitch yesterday in the cache and it showed fixed grid. Today I have checked it on Firefox, Chrome and Edge with cleared cache/cookies and it is still showing as broken grid, sorry.
Kind Regards
PawelHi Victoria,
it looks like that possibly previous code has worked and there was an issue with cache and was not refreshing it properly.
Many thanks for your help.

thanks for your reply.
I know that there is a bit of text but can’t column/image on the right stretch to the same height as the column on the left.
On my laptop wih resolution 1920×1080 it looks slightly better as on attached screenshot comparing to yours. But resolution still does not resolve the issue. So yeah is there a way of locking both columns height to be the same?Kind Regards
PawelHi Rikard,
unfortunately it did not worked.

Sorry I have explained it bit incorrectly, what I meant is that I couldn’t replace solid blue with my #008ed5 colour.
I have managed to work it out I was simply missing solid before colour. It is all workig fine. Many thanks for all your help Rikard and Jordan.

PawelHi Victoria,

thats worked great, how can I specify hex color as I can’t use that solid blue?
Kind Regards
PawelHi Victoria,
Sure, I have changed the image to background of that cell, but then it’s cropped due to the fact it’s not full width.

Almost, but unfortunately it creates border around every single object on that page, instead just object with an actuat house listing. Screenshot attached.

That’s amazing, many thanks for the code.
Literally one more things which I have missed. We are missing that blue border as well on Property Search pageKind Regards
PawelNovember 1, 2020 at 3:58 pm in reply to: Updating theme 4.1.2 (2017) to current 2020, messed up the website #1257450Hi Rikard,
I think there is a bit of confusion here. The code which you have provided in the last reply was meant for blue border on the Meet the Team page.
Instead the code has added a rounded border around blog posts preview grid. Is it possible to have text on post titles as on the original website as on attached screenshot? So no border and padding inside the grey title area, as well text bit more compacted.
I have just noticed, that there is a gap between team photo and the footer (screenshot attached).Kind Regards
PawelOctober 27, 2020 at 10:56 pm in reply to: Updating theme 4.1.2 (2017) to current 2020, messed up the website #1256234Hi Rikard,
1. Code did add add the background but text has a large gaps between lines and there is no padding between title and edge of the border.
2. ok it added border but could I specify a color in hex as that blue is bit too harsh and it needs to be exact color.Kind Regards
PawelOctober 23, 2020 at 6:44 pm in reply to: Updating theme 4.1.2 (2017) to current 2020, messed up the website #1255322Hi,
1. ok, blog post tite looks the same (font size wise) but it is still missing, a light grey backround under post title
2. in the about us / meet the team if you scroll to the bottom there are two columns contact form and contact details, around them there is a thin blue border. Same at the Property Search menu, around listings there should be a thicker blue border as well. So thin one for meet the team and thick one for Property search.
3. In the footer is it possible as well to add some space between page links (second line), Home About Us Lettings etc…I think it would be all then, many thanks.
