Hi Jordan,
Thank you for reply but maybe I was not clear enough. Let me try to explain in example. For last 6 years of existing the site it was uploaded about 3000 mediafiles (photos, videos, documents). Most of them are really used in some posts, so, they need to be kept. But some of them (15-20 %) are not used at all. I need to remove all the media files which are not used on any single post or page. WPS Cleaner plugin can do such work but for some reason it thinks that photos, which are definitely used in Enfold Masonry Gallery, are unused, so, it will remove such photos.Just wanted to get an advice on what plugin would be more suitable for this task from Enfold Theme perspective.
Hi Mike, thank you so much! Will this fix be incorporated into the next Enfold update? And do you know the expected date of the next stable release?
to lift up the topic…
Ok, will do :) Thanks Yigit.
Hi Yigit,
Indeed, I’ve changed PHP version on control panel of my hosting provider to 7.1, but HealthChecker plugin says that PHP version is 5.3.29. Maybe something needs to be changed in .htaccess?… Or maybe I need to contact my hosting provider support team… Please, could you advice?Thank you in advance.
From my perspective this is not correct approach to replace header.php by another one… I believe this replacement should be done after each theme update as it will be replaced by the file incorporated into the theme…
Additionally it seems like it is not connected to php version, at least in my case, as I used the latest one…

4.0.7 works fine! Thank you so much for the prompt fix!
Thanks guys,
Will try the update once it’s available. Anyway I have backups :) Will get back to you with results.Ok, Yigit, thanks for the reply.
Cheers!Hi Kriesi,
What is the target php version we should use? Actually my site works with php 7.0 and it crashed after update.Hi Yigit,
My site works under php 7.0 version. Is it older one? Tested on php 5.6 as well – the same error.- This reply was modified 7 years, 7 months ago by Alex.
Hi NeilJC, the same for me. To restore my site I’ve rolled back database and files. Additionally, to get an access to backend you can rename Enfold folder via sftp like described in this thread – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/http-error-500/
I’ve experienced HTTP ERROR 500 once updated to 4.0.6 version…going to restore backups
Hi All,
I’ve faced with the same error right after update my theme from 4.0.5 to 4.0.6 – http://newartcommunity.ru . Please, could you assist how to solve the issue? Should I try to reinstall the theme from the zip? Will all the setting be kept after reinstall?Thank you in advance.
Ok, doesn’t matter, I will use the link /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=portfolio to get the list of such posts and /wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=portfolio to create new one.
Anyway, thank you so much for your efforts.

Hi Basilis,
Unfortunately it didn’t work.October 17, 2016 at 2:59 pm in reply to: Enfold: How to stick scrollable elements to the top? #700044Hi Rikard,
I’ve tried to use id of Color Section element in Sticky Elements plugin but it doesn’t work unfortunately… It works actually but in wrong way – it allows to stick only one element on the page, it doesn’t suit for me.Well, I’ve created special test page http://mktnapirogovke.ru/testpageforstickyelements/ with 3 parts of text separated by headings “Sticky header 1”, “Sticky header 2” and “Sticky header 3”. So, the idea is to keep header 1 in the top while header 2 not push it up. Then keep header 2 while header 3 not push it up and so on…
Thank you so much in advance.
