I just checked the server logs again and no error messages are on file.

I just activated the plugins that make the problem happen and this is the message I get:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

BTW, I don’t get any messages in my mailbox, and the right email is on file on the website.

Thank you for your quick reaction.

You will need to activate a few plugins to see the problem. I presently have deactivate many in order to keep my storefront active.

If you activate Mailpoet, you will no longer have access to Order listings or be able to modify product pages.
When Mailpoet is activated at the same time as Advanced Coupons all backstory pages are blank WSOD.

Thank you again for your quick reply. It seems to have done the job with the cart message. Unfortunately, it has created other problems elsewhere.

The product added to the basket message box shows text overlaping the view basket button on all product pages.

Can you take a second look? I don’t mind if the buttons are hard set to the right or left. I just want it to look tidy.

Thank you for your quick response, as usual. Unfortunately, your magic code doesn’t seem to work this time. I’ve also updated the theme to v5.4 to see if that would help, but it doesn’t.

The Image widget issue I describe only happens in Chrome and on the home page (with Fullwidth Easy Slider). The same image widgets appear on shop overview pages without problems. I think this issue could be part of a more general problem as I seem to experience many little odd things on the website, like:
1/ Product labels showing NEW when products are new don’t appear. They used to but not any more despite being properly programmed. This is generated but the WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels plugin.
2/ I’ve installed Mailpoet and have difficulty showing forms and popups correctly if at all. I am in contact with them to try to solve the issue.

1/ was happening before 2/, so I don’t think Mailpoet is necessarily the problem. I have checked possible plugin conflict by deactivating everything apart from WooCommerce and checking every plugin. Nothing changed.

Can I ask if you have any other idea as to what is the cause of the above?

Thank you for your quick reply. Sorry for not being as efficient as you in my reply. Very busy these days.

I did get a bit of help from Woo Support with the same question but they did not want to help any further than giving me a few CSS snippets which I’ve added to the Quick CSS box in my Child Theme Options. It helped but didn’t accomplish everything. For me, since it is a Woo Official plugin they should offer the support to make it work with your theme. My general comment is that this Virtual Gift certificate plugin does not read the general Enfold Theme styling I programmed. So, there is little styling glitches everywhere (see my screen shots). If you can help it would very appreciated.
