No need. I’ve figured it out, thanks to your help. Thanks again!
Thank you, Victoria. I’ve modified the photo to be square, but I still see the issue when resizing the screen.

September 4, 2018 at 3:19 pm in reply to: Blurry Product Image in WooCommerce and bigger button #1005632Thank you. Yes, I see the clear images now.
What about resizing the button on the home page slider? Is that doable?
September 3, 2018 at 4:33 pm in reply to: Blurry Product Image in WooCommerce and bigger button #1005040Thanks, Ismail. I installed the plugin and regenerated the thumbnails (Tools > Regenerate) but as you can see, the pics are still blurry. https://www.screencast.com/t/4i0qfd8H39
September 2, 2018 at 8:41 pm in reply to: Blurry Product Image in WooCommerce and bigger button #1004708Yes, I have but WooCommerce has changed since that video was made. I’ve looked everywhere to find where I can set the specific sizes for the product image and can’t find it. I don’t think it’s there anymore.
Thank you. I realized most of my issues with the photos, title, and other items not appearing was because I was using the Advanced Editor. As soon as I switched to the default editor for the blog post, the items appeared.
I will install the plugin you mentioned.
Thank you,
PamIt says I have the latest version. I did a manual check as well. It was running the update yesterday that caused the problem. There are no plugins that need to be updated or have known issues.
Please help.
When will I have support for this issue? We need to send an urgent eblast to drive people to our website.
Well…that was a fiasco. I checked all the plugins, one by one, nothing made a difference. So I exported the theme settings, deleted the Enfold folder through FTP, uploaded a new copy from a fresh download, and imported the theme settings.
Not only did it not solve the problem, now the site is messed up. I’m not sure why it’s not presenting correctly. I’ll have my developer reinstall a backup copy to get the site looking right but that means we still haven’t solve the portfolio problem.
Now what?
I’ve figured out the problem, but not how to solve it. When on the portfolio page(s), it only shows the categories for the portfolio items on that page. In other words, if you go to the main Portfolio page: http://completehardscapes.com/portfolio/, there are no Fire Pits – Fireplaces listed in the portfolio categories at the top because none of those items appear on Page 1 of the portfolio. However, if you click on Page 2 of the portfolio, then Fire Pits – Fireplaces appears in the portfolio categories at the top. Page 3 of the Portfolio is the only page of the portfolio that shows all the categories.
We need all the categories to appear at the top of each page of the Portfolio. How do I fix this?
Thank you for your prompt attention. You guys are the best!!
Yes, all categories have items. Here is a screenshot of a refreshed screen:

The problem appears to show when you use the portfolio page numbers at the
bottom of the portfolio.Thank you.
Thanks! You’re the best!!
The experience is the same in both Firefox and Chrome. http://screencast.com/t/na8BjuYcZ9
This menu issues is happening again. Please help. http://www.harmonyvineyard.com/
Thanks! Everything worked like a charm.
Thanks so much! This worked!
Enfold is hands down the best theme I’ve ever used (I’ve used a LOT!) Your support is outstanding and gives me confidence when recommending the theme to clients.
YOUR SUPPORT and ENFOLD ARE AMAZING. Thanks!!!
I’ve replaced the code as you instructed and the menu works now. (I didn’t know how to find the avia.js file before.) The columns in the mega menus are too narrow, but at least it’s working. Is there some way to get the columns to display like before the issue arose?
I reset the theme options to default (and added back all the customizations), cleared the browser cache multiple times but the problem still presents in Chrome. It’s okay in Firefox or IE.
I’m very sorry…I have no idea what you’re talking about. Where do I find the avia.js? How do I edit it? What do you mean by temporary fix?
Please help. This is a serious issue.
I toggled every possible setting in the Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions panel. No difference. Again, the problem is only on the Home page.
Please, please help.
I’m sorry, I don’t see that code anywhere. The problem only displays on the Home page and there’s no custom code for that page. The code in the Quick CSS is below and doesn’t have the style code you suggested in it:
.header_color .phone-info { color:#f3f3f3; }
.home .title_container { display: none; }
#top .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li>a:hover { color: #fff; }
#header .avia_mega_div { top: 89%; }
.avia-menu-fx { bottom: 20px; }Thank you, Thank you!!! I added the width to the Responsive Under and Layer Container fields and that did the trick. THANKS!!!
I made my text into PNGs but they are still not responding. http://www.kcfoodcircle.info/ I need to be able to have 2 links associated with that graphic, one on the Eaters side and the other on the Farmers side. I have the text PNGs aligned correctly in the Layerslider preview, but since they aren’t responsive, they stay in one place regardless the size of the browser window. Please help me.
Thanks, Josue! I’m not sure what to say. I tested it as well on a new page and it didn’t work. <sigh> Not sure what to say now. It’s like taking your car to the mechanic because the engine rattles but when you get there, the engine purrs like a kitten.
Thanks for the test. Not sure where to go from here.
I posted my login info in the private area of the first support request. Do you see it?
I solved the issue of the widget on the home page. As for the Thanks page loading blank, I removed the Media Element “Partner/Logo Element” and the page worked fine. I am uncomfortable deactivating the existing plugins since they are all important and have specific settings. We would have to reset set each of the plugins including forms from Gravity Forms. Would like to avoid unnecessary re-work. The problem seems to be the Partner/Logo Element.
Thanks, Josue. I downloaded the WordPress file from Themeforest again and used FileZilla to upload and overwrite the Enfold theme. No change.
