Everything looking good, thanks, we can close!
Rikard, Thanks so much! I don’t know what you did differently from me, but it’s working :)
Hi Rikard,
here login credentials I just tested:Hi Guenni,
thx, that’s what I had done…..Hi Yigit,
I sent you login data in a private message.
Thx,
SilviaI did exactly that, colors & fonts have changed….
Hi Rikard,
the child theme is now visible in my themes; I followed all the steps here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/#toggle-id-4
but the child theme has lost all color/font settings I defined in the parent theme. What can I do?
Thx,
SilviaHi Rikard,
please find the login credentials below:Hi Rikard,
yes, it is downloadable. But as soon as I upload the .zip in WordPress, I get the message that the “link is outdated”. Should I send you login credentials?
Best,
SilviaHi Mike,
works perfectly, thank you so much!!!
SilviaHi Mike,
I have disabled the plugin. The CSS code currently is:
aside.sidebar.sidebar_right.alpha.units {
right: 20px!important;
}
That way it looks good on tablet and desktop and on all browsers; as soon as I add
position: fixed!important;
the sidebar is way too big.
What should I add to the CSS?Thanks in advance,
SilviaHi Mike,
yes, I am now using Q2W3 but the “fixed” position now only works on desktop with Chrome and Mozilla. It does not stay fixed on tablet and on Safari (either screen size).
So I would like to go back to setting it in the CSS. Fixing it through CSS worked before on all screens, just setting the sidebar responsive on tablet view didn’t work. What should I add to CSS to have the sidebar the right size on smaller and bigger screens?
Thanks,
SilviaOk, it seems to depend on the Advanced Layout Editor – if I switch back to Default Editor everything works fine now…..
Thanks,
SilviaHi Jordan,
with this code, all pictures except for one have disappeared, and the social share icons and the comment section have disappeared as well….. check it out:Hi,
yes, I tried juggling around, it’s always the post on the top that behaves like that (the social icons are wanted/set like this; obviously, the double picture is not wanted).
Best,
SilviaI have installed the Q2W3 plugin as recommended by another moderator. That solves the problem on large screens using Chrome and Firefox; it still doesn’t work on small screens, smartphones, and it doesn’t work on Safari at all.
How can I create a fixed sidebar widget that works on all browsers and all screen sizes, preferrably without a plugin?Thank you in advance!
Hi there,
could someone please help me with this issue?
Thx,
SilviaSure, here you go:
Hi Victoria,
I had received this code from a Kriesi moderator upon my request to make the sidebar sticky when scrolling down. How should I change it so that it remains sticky on the top but adjusts to the screen in terms of width?
Thanks,

unfortunately, the sidebar now remains the same on tablet size as well; it’s way too big. Could be please take a look?
Thanks,
SilviaHi Jordan,
thanks a lot; I changed it to 200px from top, and now it looks great.
Best regards,

Hi Jordan,
the website isn’t online yet – should I add you to WP as editor or send you login credentials?
Best,
SilviaDear Victoria,
I managed to get a token; I inserted it in the required field but got the message it was invalid/could not be linked to an Envato account…. ?Thank you!
