Hi there, does any one have an idea of why my website is not updating? My client has been waiting for 3 days now and this is really embarrassing. Please see video for explanation. Website and browser cache both cleared.

Thanks for getting back to me.
There were no settings for php memory limit in the wp-config file so I included 256 Mb.
All plugins have been disabled and he problem still persists.
Please can someone fix this quickly as my client is waiting for this update to go live.

So I guess that because this post has been live for over one hour that no one has a fix for it? I can see lots, if no all of other people’s posts being answered but nothing for this one. If this is indeed a bug without a fix you shouldn’t be selling the theme guys – that’s not right. I’ve got a deadline to get this live for my client and it’s all done apart from this issue.

Please sort it asap and let me know the fix – I feel compelled to put up a Youtube video showing the problems with the theme and warning other users of purchasing it.
