I had this too. Workaround that worked for me is to make your Support page actually go somewhere (remake the menu link from a page) and then it works.
Glad you could recreate the problem and it’s not just me ha! I use Google Chrome on Windows 8.1 (I haven’t tried other browsers).

May 5, 2017 at 10:55 am in reply to: Adding the search icon in the desktop menu/header to Mobile Menu/hamburger menu #788300So put Cloudflare in ‘development mode’ and disabled the cache plugin we use (WP Rocket) and tried these solutions below:

kriesi.at/support/topic/icon-suche-fehlt-in-der-mobilen-ansicht
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/search-button-on-mobile/#post-431521However, none of them worked or did anything to our website. Any advice/help on how to do this?

Try out this website that we’re on now – the search icon on the top right.

May 2, 2017 at 11:42 pm in reply to: customize the mobile menu to be : logo+search icon+cart icon+menu icon #786793Hi guys,
Having the same problem too with my website. I’m trying to get the search icon appear on desktop/tablet/mobile menu navigation.
I’ll have to put a pin in this one until a bit later on. Rolling back the plug-in solves the issue so we’ll leave it be (I did this as soon as you suggested it but forgot to thank you).
Cheers,
CharlieHey Daniela, If it’s not related to the new update (you had it before 4.0.1) then I’d recommend first updating to the latest Enfold 3.0.3 theme (keeping a site backup is always good practise btw) and disable every WordPress plug-in and refresh your browser – enable the plug-ins one by one until you find which one is causing issues with the Enfold theme. When all fails, disabling Plug-ins is my personal go-to solution :-)
(Also, you can update the theme by manually checking for the theme update in WordPress now)
They’ve fixed the issue! This wasn’t Kriesi’s fault but well done to them on getting a fix sorted in such short notice! You can find the fix here:
http://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 (3.0.3)Do a roll-back to 4.0.0 and it should fix it
We just had the same thing happen too!

Also, it means that video’s usually have a black letterbox on the side or top and bottom now (depending on the size of the browser window) but at least this is workable now. Hopefully this bug(?) will get solved for the next release?
Thanks again Josue and Ismael!

September 10, 2014 at 12:25 pm in reply to: Video Playlist bug since WordPress 4.0 and Enfold as of 8-9-2014 #316455Tried it, sorry that one doesn’t seem to have an effect (tried this code with and without your previous suggestion).
Best (appreciate the help so far),
CharlieSeptember 9, 2014 at 5:41 pm in reply to: Video Playlist bug since WordPress 4.0 and Enfold as of 8-9-2014 #316015Thanks for the reply. I have tried this but it seems to only change the height of the video inside the small frame… close but no cigar as they say!
It works fine on mine here now but it wasn’t this morning… I feel like the boy who cried wolf now! This issue was happening all the time on different machines/browsers. While fixing another problem (relating to a newsletter plugin) I had disabled every plugin and re-enabled them at the same time so that’s the only thing I can think of that may have randomly fixed it.
Anyways, thanks fotomaster and Yigit, we’re all sorted and loving this once theme again :-).
Cheers,
