    Did any of you get a solution on this white space in the sliders, i have 6 websites and they all have the same problem, Support? we need your help

    Thank you for your help.
    I was able to import the demo manually after resetting the data
    The only problem I see is in the Layer Slider, the theme doesn’t activate this plugin? do I have to purchase separate this license?
    I tried to activate the plugin with the theme license but didn’t work
    Please advice

    i follow your instructions but I get a message saying this media already exist, so if the files are there I guess is missing a setup to show the demo page?

    Oh ok, thanks, the login problem is here, and i register my new login with different login with the new licence. anyways i guess i just have to use this one. I will create another ticket.

    Rikard,
    I create another account using my support@clinkweb .com with the new Enfold licence, but for some reason with both logins is taking me to the same profile wich is tied to the previos licence from Ohayoweb. ( this is not my theforest account)
    My new user name is Fabymosa and the new enfold licence is under my themeforest account as follow:
    (private)

    I like to create the tickets with the new account, or it doesn’t matter?
    I just want to make sure you guys are aware I have a new license and the other company does not received any notification .

    oh, thanks again.
    Kris i have a concern and you are the right person to help me.
    I took this account after another company finish the design and content, now i work creating content , optimizing the page but everytime i need to update the site it always break something.
    Like for example, the slider, or the icons for social media, the contact forma, google maps im so afraid to mess the site. They put a lot of money in adwords and other ads and haveing the site down or with broken links or broke isnt good.
    What is the best way make an update? can you help me with this or what steps i should follow.
    Looks like the previous company did a lot edits in the code ..please help.. not sure if i have to create another post.

    Question i just found a file with the name functions-enfold.php the company who customize this template made some manual changes but after the update a lot of them crash and have to fixed, one of those was this icon, but when i was reviewing the file function.php they it take my attention this file, is this something from the template? or is probably created by them, how i know if the theme is reading this file and not the original function.php.

    i just add the lines you provided me into the file Funtions.php and uploaded using a ftp client, but i don’t see any change.
