I have turned off the forced login plugin. You should be able to see what is happening now. I think I need some Quick CSS to make the switch to mobile view sooner or something. It has to be really small before the burger menu and logo are not overlapping.
I am having the exact same problem and I do not have an image optimization plugin installed. The image library when I go to upload the logo no longer offers the option to choose the size. It is automatically defaulting to a very small size and changing the header height in the Enfold panel does not help. If you inspect the page you can see the compressed image size. Is there CSS code I can add to force it to be the size I want?
This code still is not working. I have tried in both Chrome and Edge. I have placed it both in Quick CSS and in Appearance > Theme > CSS. Go to http://www.librarycompany.org to see what is happening.
Thanks,

January 22, 2018 at 10:25 pm in reply to: Newest version of Enfold Error /php/shortcode-parser.class.php file #901000The host replaced the DB with a backup on Thursday. I have an old copy from May and another from July saved. Would you be able to do this or do I need to contact the host?

January 22, 2018 at 4:15 pm in reply to: Newest version of Enfold Error /php/shortcode-parser.class.php file #900860Yes. we currently need to keep using 5.6.30 because one of our other sites on the server with a different theme needs to be dealt with first – it crashed when we upgraded to 7. I have many other sites using Enfold on this same server so I am really confused why this happened to only this one. The other sites are performing fine (ex. http://thelivingbook.librarycompany.org/ , http://librarycompany.org/nehsummerseminar/ , http://commontouch.librarycompany.org/) . No matter what we loaded from the back up to restore our main site http://www.librarycompany.org it remains the same so our host believes it is the theme. Will you be able to work on this today? I am very unsure of your hours. Are you already closed for the day as we are starting ours on the east coast?
If you have to upgrade the theme to 4.2.1 or higher and can get to work on PHP 5.6.30 please go ahead. I just need the site working. I need a hail mary at this point.
Thanks,

January 22, 2018 at 12:09 am in reply to: Newest version of Enfold Error /php/shortcode-parser.class.php file #900515The file is not at this location: /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/phpshortcode-parser.class.php
I don’t see this file name anywhere. I placed the copy you directed me to there but the site is still the same. Please FTP in and see what you can do. I am REALLY desperate!! My superiors are losing patience and I am out of ideas how to fix this. I have to get this up by Monday morning Eastern time. It has been down for a week. Thank you. ~ NicoleP.S. What are your hours of operation? I get the sense we are in opposite time zones. I want to be up when you are working on this so we can interact quicker and not have to wait half a day. I really need this up by tomorrow.
January 20, 2018 at 3:10 pm in reply to: Newest version of Enfold Error /php/shortcode-parser.class.php file #900097I just logged into MyPHPadmin and it says PHP version: 5.6.30. Can you log into our WP install and see what you can do? Our site has been down since Tuesday and we are desperate to get it working again. I believe something has gone wrong with the Enfold theme. If you go to http://www.librarycompany.org the menu has taken over the top of every page making other parts inaccessible. Our host after exhausting all other options believes its theme or CSS related.

January 19, 2018 at 5:40 pm in reply to: Newest version of Enfold Error /php/shortcode-parser.class.php file #899788The site I have been restoring is still having problems, I thought using a copy downloaded in 1/3 of Enfold would work but to no avail. I have updated the comments.php as directed in your email but it is not working. Any help you can provide I would be forever grateful. Can you login and try to see why the display is so odd and elements of Enfold in the backend such as the advanced layout editor and menu are not behaving anymore.
Thanks.
NicoleJanuary 19, 2018 at 4:17 pm in reply to: Newest version of Enfold Error /php/shortcode-parser.class.php file #899725I’ve reverted to the old backup for the site I originally inquired about that had the error after the update was run within WP. I cannot put my sight offline any longer to test this.
However, the site below gets the same message after a fresh install of the .zip and activation. It will not allow me or anyone else to login unless I uninstall the theme so to give you access would be useless. Here is the error
Fatal error: Declaration of avia_sc_comments_list::shortcode_handler() must be compatible with that of aviaShortcodeTemplate::shortcode_handler() in /home/content/73/6311773/html/dev/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/comments.php on line 14
Occurs at both http://dev.pacscl.org/wp-login.php and http://dev.pacscl.org
This is a fresh WP install. We can’t even begin to build the site.Nicole
That worked Thank you! But I had to put in the edit CSS part of WP, t didn’t work in Quick CSS (nothing seems to).

Any help you can provide without access would be greatly appreciated. If there is a particular area of code you would like me to copy for your here I can.

Why is this working for Theresa and not for me? My tablet view is still a mess.
NicoleI replaced what I had with what you most recently provided and there is no change in tablet view. Menu, Search icon, and social media is all on top of the logo. Nicole
Thank you for your help. That worked for mobile phones but tablet view is still wonky. The social icons are appearing in both the header and the top bar. The second set of social icons and the mobile menu are on top of the logo so it is difficult to see. How can I have tablet view act like mobile view?
Thanks,
Nicole
This reply has been marked as private. Thanks! Is it possible to just made all the category pages layout in masonry view? That would be ideal.
NicoleMay 8, 2017 at 3:34 am in reply to: Change when Enfold switches to Mobile while using left main menu. #789278Ok, so the menu is fixed but the social media links are covering the logo. How can I get them to go below the logo in mobile? Thanks!

May 7, 2017 at 10:16 pm in reply to: Change when Enfold switches to Mobile while using left main menu. #789222I am having a similar problem but I am not sure how to use the information provided above. What file do I search for 797px?
On tablets (iPad in particular) the menu is not switching to mobile and the social icons are covering the logo. How do I make the adjustment?
Thanks!
