Hi guys

I found the info I was looking for in your forum

I just can add a code block with <div id=”my-anchor”></div> – this way not color section is needed and I can use the sidebar.

I found the issue. WP Rocket minify Javascript was a bit too much of an optimzation.

Ok thanks Nikko – what have I done wrong?

1. I deleted the enfold folder on the FTP and copied the new downloaded folder from envato to the same location
2. Out of the Envato folder I copied the following files to the Child Theme folder .DS_Store , functions.php, styles.css, screenshot.png

If you can see a mistake here pls let me know. I do not always want to ask you guys in future for this little task … I feel a bit stupid :)

I installed the pluging. Now I can see again the Theme Options. Under the update section it tells me that I am running the latest version 4.5.4. But this is not the latest enfold version. It is 4.7.6.4.

Can someone please help me to upgrade? I did this maually via FTP according the Enfold description but it did not. work. This was the 3rd time that I tried and I need to know if it is working if Enfold is doing it or where the problem is.

I have a backup.

Thanks for you reply. In fact the lost theme option would have been another issue I wanted to discuss.

I tried to update the theme but as described above it did not work at all. I could not loign afterwards,
Can you help me updating the theme? I have a backup.

I do not want to update for the moment. It would be quite some work to update the live version, then copy to staging again and rebuild the things there. The version is not the issue. The current version of Enfold is very close to the latest version.

Can we please deep dive into the question?

I found it in the meantime. It had first to remove the google authentication code in my yoast plugin. Afterwards I could delete the former webmaster in google.

Yes I know that this is not an Enfold code. Someone can registar the website as website master on google. Google provides this code and the webmaster puts this in the header. This is the confirmation that this person is then the webmaster. Anyway – I already checked the files you mentioned and I could not find it in there.

Attached pls find a screenshot of our start page with the code on the right hand side. Highlighted in yellow you can see what I have to remove. It is wihtin the head section.

Pls have a look a again and let me know in which file I can find the head information.

This is a bit urgent for us as it is a critical security issue.

You are right – there seems to be a conflict with WP Rocket.
Under WP Rocket – Media – I deactivated the Lazy Load for images.

Then I deleted all the cache and the Logo is visible now again

Unfortunatley the issue still exists. I delted all Caches and minification but the logo is still missin on opera.

I can read that others have the same issue.

What I can say in Addition is that for on a PC with a smaller screen the logo is also not visible, but when I resize the screen even smallen it appears.

On bigger screens the resizing of the opera window does have no effect. The logo is not visible at all.

I pasted the Logins in the private box if you Need to Login.

Thanks for your answer. I deleted the cache but no result. I have also 2 other PCs where Chrome is installed and I dont see the logo there.

I found the issue. I added the licence key where the API key should be. I generated the API key in Themforrest, added it in Enfold and run the update. It was successful.

Is there a way with Quick CSS to make PW 2 red as well, as you are not able to create an account here?

My example PWs:
PW 1: Big –> gets red (status very weak, not able to create an account) –> OK
PW 2: BigMac -> stays grey (weak, not able to create an account) –> NOT OK
PW 3: BigMacWith –> stays grey (strong, able to create an account) –> OK
PW 4: BigMacWithFries –> stays grey (very strong, able to create an account) –> OK

Login works now. The mistake was my – I typed in a too weak password and this was not accepted. The info that is “too weak” is written in light grey below. Also for real customers this is not easy to see and might cause some registration abortian.

Question: Could you provide a custom CSS to show the “weak PW” in red color?
