Thank you Yigit!
You are right, my problem is connected with the hosting provider.Hello everyone,
I have the same issues, so I tried the recommendation above and also increased the memory limit, but it’s still not working. Any suggestions who to fix this?
Cheers,
Hello Rikard,
sorry it’s me again, another portfolio item is not working, even with the Facebook debug tool.
http://www.mucharupcycles.com/portfolio-item/puch-mistral-greif/Could you help me out with this one?
Cheers,
Perfect, thank you!
Hi Andy,
I checked it with different computers and different systems.
When the website is loaded, first a dark gray background is visible. In the same moment the white menu and logo show up. A totally white screen is following up. Afterwards the preloading icon appears and the video starts to play.
I’m using a hight speed internet connection and it takes me up to 4-5 seconds to load the video. Is there some kind of time out related to the player, that is used by the theme?
I appreciate your help.
Cheers,
Hi Andy,
thank you for your message, still isn’t working. Any further ideas?

Hi Andy,
thank you for your reply.
Hi Andy,
thank you for the new code. The alternative picture still isn’t loading on mobile devices. Do you have any further suggestions?
Best regards,
Hello everyone,
I decided to offer an alternative image via media queries for one of the images that was croped the most in mobile view (the image in the color section above “makers”. http://groovin-organization.com/#makers
Do do so, I added this code to the quick css:
@media only screen and (max-width: 640px) { #makers .avia-section main_color avia-section-default avia-no-border-styling avia-full-stretch avia-bg-style-fixed avia-builder-el-80 el_after_av_hr el_before_av_hr av-minimum-height av-minimum-height-custom container_wrap fullsize { background-image: url(https://groovin-organization.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/groovin_organization_9108__makersmobile.jpg) } }
But unfortunately it isn’t working. Do you have an idea why?
Best regards,
Hello Rikard,
sure, here you go:
Hello Kriesi-Team,
do you have any further suggestions? Updating didn’t do the trick …
Thank you Elliott,
quite a view devices don’t support this use of video, so I decided to alternatively show an image.
Hello Yigit and Andy,
thank you for your response, I updated the theme and tested the plugins but it doesn’t seem to be related to the issue. Do you have another suggestion how to fix this?
Cheers,
Hello Andy,
thank you for your response. So the difference is 3:2 and 16:9?
Where do I have to put the media queries? Into the quick CSS?
Cheers,
Thank you for your response Elliott,
I’m afraid I don’t understand ” unless you upload an image with a portrait aspect ratio.”
I could prepare alternative images that appear depending on the screen width, I then would need the correct media queries, right?
Thank you Rikard,
this works perfectly!
Thank you Yigit,
this helped, thank you.
Another issue came up with the logo display in the mobile version: the original logo is suppressed and replaced by the svg file, but in the mobile version the suppressed logo shows again …
Do you have a fix for this as well?
Cheers
Hello Yigit,
thank you for your reply, I added the code but still, it doesn’t work. The words are still cut off in some browser window sizes (that may be relevant when it comes to tablets).
Do you have other suggestions?
Thank you!
Hey Josue,
thnak you for the new code. I implemented it and the problem stays the same: in some browser-window sizes the text is cut off.
Is there a possibility to shift all icon boxes to the end of the page, when it is not possible to display them correctly?Thank you for your help!
Hello Ismael,
thank you for your response. I added the code but doesn’t solve the problem. Do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you Yigit, that worked!
Hello Yigit,
thank you, it works now.
Hi Josue,
thank you for your response, I see that there is not much to do about the question of shape. My concern are the cut-off / cropped words. The word “Personalmanagement” ends after the last M.
This display problem is visible in IE8 and the mobile version.
Cheers!
Hey Josue,
thank you for getting back to me. I don’t use IE8 so my question is based on a rendering/simulation, which you can find here:
Additionally there is a similar problem with the mobile view, here comes the screenshot:
Thank you!
Hello Ismael,
thank you for your quick response.
I added the code, the Icon symbols are now displayed, still they are squarish and the text is cut off.
What else could I try to make it work?
Thank you!
Thank you Yigit!
Thank you Josue!
Sorry, the tag was not displayed, i here it is again :

Hi Peter,
thank you for your reply.
The web font on this page counts 235 characters and was tasted in Chrome, so I think it is not font related.
I used the soft hyphenation with “” wordpress and non-google-webfonts before on this website http://www.bissmann.at/, and it works well. So I thought of asking, if it is theme related. And if you have an idea how to display it correctly in Chrome?
Your help is much appreciated!
Best,
ChristinHi Ismael,
works great, thank you! :)
