Can you try to create a folder in the child theme and name it includes then move the loop-index.php inside it, let us know if this helps :)

Do you mean you want it to be centered and justified? I think it’s possible with Custom CSS Classes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and some few css tweaks, but you must use a specific width size in px or % to center the container then justify all its content.

Go to Enfold > Demo Import > then hover your mouse over the demo you want to use and click the Import button. Hope this helps :)

The difference between the two pages you posted is one uses Default on Sidebar Settings while the other one uses Left Sidebar.

Yes, I have checked the page you posted and it’s not set to left sidebar but default sidebar settings, if you go to Enfold Child > Sidebar Settings > and check Sidebar on Pages, you should see it is set to No Sidebar.

- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.

Thanks for providing the admin access, I have changed this code in Quick CSS:
#top #header .av-main-nav > li { float: none; display: inline-block; }and replaced it with this:

The current version of Enfold is 4.0.7, try to update your theme via ftp: http://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold

I can see it on my end, but it shows a box not an L on my end, there might be some characters inserted after the br tag, try type it manually, it might fix the issue on Chrome.
