July 27, 2017 at 6:41 am in reply to: Enfold Theme form: Substitute for Contact Form DB Plugin #830460
Hi,
I don’t see any substitute for contact form db but I think it still works with contact form 7, I think you can have that option for contact forms if you still want to use that plugin.
Best regards,
NikkoHey bluelotus,
I can see some mixed content, can you try to go to Settings > General and change http to https in WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL). Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Lweendo,
You just need to set the date/time in the future to activate the countdown timer. Hope this helps :)

NikkoHi Chris,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS:
.postid-4641 #av-layout-grid-3 a:hover { color: #ccc; }If it affects other links, please add a class to the link. Hope this helps :)

NikkoHi Tomo,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Turn it on, we’ll turn it off for few minutes when checking.
Best regards,
NikkoHey jnightingale,
Can you upgrade the account you gave to an administrator? so we can check the menus.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Glad that rebuilding it worked. Thanks for using Enfold :)

No, you can put it in functions.php of your child theme, if you want to modify the template there’s an instruction in woocommerce where you need to create a woocommerce folder and put the template files where you want to replace and it wouldn’t be gone during plugin updates.

NikkoHi,
Can you try to disable autoptimize plugin? and check if it fixes the issue.
Best regards,
NikkoHey KyriK,
Can you post a link to the page mentioned (where we can see that h1)? so we can take a closer look.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Yes, it will affect all image element/module. I would suggest enabling custom css classes in Enfold > Layout Builder > check Show element options for developers then use a specific css for it. :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey Wolf,
The logo you used would still fill the whole width, try reducing the width of the image by adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .responsive .logo img { max-width: 70%; } }Hope this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Glad that John helped you. Thanks for using Enfold :)

NikkoHi,
Try to install https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/ and go to Settings > Media, change square size to 260 x 260px and regenerate the thumbnail. Hope this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
You can use this css code:
@media only screen and (max-width:1400px) { .html_mobile_menu_tablet .main_menu, .html_mobile_menu_tablet #header_main_alternate { display: block !important; } #header .main_menu li { display: none; } #header .main_menu .av-burger-menu-main { display: block !important; } }Just change the 1400px to any value (base it on the screen width). Hope this helps :)

NikkoHi,

NikkoHi,
Can you post a screenshot pointing to the issue you are referring, I checked the page again with the code I gave and it does remove a lot of whitespace.

NikkoJuly 26, 2017 at 9:46 am in reply to: Contact form element – how to include reply-to email address? #830046Hi,
The same code can still be used, if you want to easily modify it, I would suggest using plugins that are focused on contact forms such as Contact Form 7.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
I’m not really sure what’s causing the issue with w3tc minification and Enfold, though in my experience I have better results in minification using autoptimize. Can you give us temporary admin access? so we can also test it.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
I have added this css code inside the one I gave before:
.html_av-overlay-side #top #wrap_all .av-burger-overlay li, .html_av-overlay-side #top #wrap_all .av-burger-overlay li a { display: block !important; }Let us know if it’s fixed on your end.

No new updates yet regarding the issue, but rest assured that the issue has already been reported and Kriesi is working on all reported issues. We hope for more of your patience. :(
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .html_av-overlay-side #top #wrap_all .av-burger-overlay-scroll #av-burger-menu-ul a { color: blue; } #top .header_color .av-hamburger-inner, #top .header_color .av-hamburger-inner::before, #top .header_color .av-hamburger-inner::after { background-color: blue !important; } }Just change the color as you see fit. Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey fbreling,
The 2nd link doesn’t use Enfold, can you try to go to Enfold > Main Menu > Menu Items for mobile, and set this to: Activate for Smartphones and Tablets (browser width below 990px). Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
