Hey Frank,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Yes, I think it’s possible, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.

But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

I think you can add css class in the menu and use that to hide the menu, using values such as display:none; opacity:0; or visibility: hidden;

We are very sorry for that. I have tested it before and you should be able to see in activity log that I created a test form using gravity forms, put it to a page and test it and I never received any email on my gmail account. I have sent twice and didn’t get any emails even after an hour. The theme’s contact form uses wordpress standard form.
