I checked your site and used chrome’s device mode and set it to iphone and I don’t see anything wrong, also the burger menu isn’t sticky on mobile as it is in desktop even when set in the Header settings.

Since the problem still persists even with Enfold is deactivated it would mean the problem is not in Enfold. I checked if there are similar problems in the plugin, the same as you do and I found this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/getting-error-when-submitting-a-ticket/
I think you should try to ask their support and most likely the problem is the plugin is not yet updated to be compatible with the latest version of wordpress.

I tried the login but I get this after waiting for sometime Inactivity Timeout. I think the problem might be the General Settings’ WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) is still set to http when you’re site is already using https.

Hey E_i_am,

Yes captions allows html tags except for the < a > tag, and it’s not really allowed since the whole image is wrapped around an < a > tag which is linked to the lightbox. What I think you can do is to use the custom link which is available on that gallery.

There’s some conflicting custom css that’s why it doesn’t show up, can you try adding this css code at the bottom of Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

@media only screen and (max-width:1024px) {
  #top span.av-hamburger-box,
  #top .av-hamburger-inner, 
  #top .av-hamburger-inner::before, 
  #top .av-hamburger-inner::after {
    width: 35px !important;
  }
}

Did you try using Contact Form 7 mentioned in it? if yes, can you still try to use it and use a default wordpress theme and check if it works or not.

Yes, I understand however I could not really point out what’s causing it because class that should be added on the html tag isn’t added which might be some conflict in js, would it be okay if we try to deactivate all plugins and check it out? I’m a bit hesitant to try to debug and isolate the issue as you might have some visitors, would it be also be okay if we try to debug it or if you can create a stage site where we can try to debug without causing any issue on your live site.
