It can be cache related but since it’s inconsistent I believe it’s more on the server issue, where your site could connect or sometimes fail to connect on facebook. I’ll be closing this thread. :)

Yes that is correct, if you use default editor the file that will be used is page.php however if you use Advanced Layout Builder you will be using this file: template-builder.php

I have modified functions-enfold.php in line 513 from:

$the_title 	= isset($entry->av_custom_title) ? $entry->av_custom_title : avia_backend_truncate(get_the_title($entry->ID),75," ");

to:

$the_title 	= isset($entry->av_custom_title) ? $entry->av_custom_title : avia_backend_truncate(get_the_title($entry->ID),70," ");
