Hi Damien,
Can you try to disable all your plugins and check again, if that works, enable them one by one to know which plugin causes the issue. Let us know if this helps.

The issue was that dash you used was using more than one character that’s why if only a part of it is captured by excerpt it doesn’t show the dash instead shows an unknown character and you can see it’s showing properly on some while on other parts it doesn’t.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

1. That code should work, is there any caching plugin active? flushing out the cache might be needed.

- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!

Can you try to downgrade your version of php from 7.1 to 7.0? there are some issues with layerslider and php 7.1, this might help fix the problem.

Atm we couldn’t tell yet when to move up to 7.1 since it’s the layerslider’s module integrated on the Enfold theme which has issue with 7.1, I think future releases from layerslider would be compatible with it. For now, I would recommended using 7.0.

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, we would need the purchase code to register to our support forum, the themeforest api key is only used to receive auto-updates on the theme.
