You should be able to change it in Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions > Maximum Container width and set to 800px. However since you said it’s not working please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

The right sidebar menu aren’t supposed to have dropdown on hover, would it be okay to show the child menus instead of hiding them and showing on mouse hover?

Thanks for providing admin access, it’s now fixed. I have changed in Maximum Container Width to 1110px (from 1110) and flushed out the cache. Merry Christmas and thanks for using Enfold :)

I tried to check the ftp access, but it’s not working on my end, I tried using filezilla app or via browser. I also checked the wp-admin access but I’m getting this:

A virus was detected, originating from your system. Please contact the system administrator.

I scanned my system using an anti-virus and it’s clean.

I would suggest using a plugin that supports pop-up form, since the code you posted doesn’t seem to have a trigger on a button, it’s just loading 2 scripts.
