I compared the screenshot and it seems your masonry is order by random?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Thanks, it seems like it’s not only the search icon that is removed (which I thought was just hidden) but the burger menu as well. I tried to check on pmpro plugin to check for the separate navigation based on membership level however it’s not available on the free version, can you give us temporary admin access again? so we can check the settings.

You are using Enfold 4.1.2, please update the theme to the latest version (dont forget to make a backup first). That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

What do you mean by “inbuilt plugin”? the contact form in Enfold should be working however it’s just a basic form so it doesn’t have as much feature as contact form 7, can you elaborate more on the issue?

Can you try to check your child theme, there seems to be an unclosed font tag:

<font style="font-family:comfortaa;font-size: 13px; color:#55565b;">

try fixing this up, since it’s showing everywhere in the inspector (screenshot in private content). Also can you try to post the content of functions.php in https://pastebin.com/ (post the link here so we can inspect the content).

Yes, sorry it took some time to get back. There are two options, I can suggest, one is to add this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

@media only screen and (max-width:479px) {
  #full_slider_1 ul.avia-slideshow-inner {
    height: 300px !important;
  }

  #full_slider_1 ul.avia-slideshow-inner img {
    width: auto !important;
    height: 300px !important;
    max-width: none !important;
    margin-left: -40%;
  }
}

this will make a part of your image on the slideshow be shown. The second solution, would be to edit the slider and check in Screen Settings, hide in small devices and very small devices, then create another fullscreen slider with an image which is more portrait than landscape, then check in Screen Settings, hide in large devices and medium sized devices (also remove the css code I gave, if you use the second option). Hope this helps :)
