Hi gdu2017,
We are very sorry for the incovencience, however at the moment since the issue is more on the host where your website resides, the alternate solution we can suggest to update the Enfold theme is to update it via ftp. For more information regarding it you can check our documentation: https://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold
Best regards,
NikkoHey Lara,
I have added imagehover in the Custom Css Class field of the 3 images, then added this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
.imagehover .image-overlay-inside { display: none; }Let us know if you need further assistance :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey KingFilly,
I have checked your site and I noticed that you have 2 versions of the table, 1 shown in desktop and hidden in mobile and the other version is shown in mobile and hidden in desktop using Screen Settings. I think you have done it well. Let us know if you need further assistance :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey jazbird,
Fullscreen slider disables the sidebar settings set in the page, when using fullscreen slider, try to use 3/4 column for the content above it and 1/4 column and put Widget Area in it. Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi Mike,
Thanks for contacting us! You should be able to download it again in themeforest using the account used to purchase the theme.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,

NikkoHey soluzionando,
Can you try to install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/ after activating, go to Settings > Media. Find entry_with_sidebar size and change the height and width.
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHey Jon,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi,
I have checked it on my end and it seems the header area where the burger menu is located is already transparent. Let us know if you need further assistance :)

NikkoFebruary 7, 2018 at 4:18 pm in reply to: Problem with text block editor missing internal scroll bar enfold 4.2.2 #909246Hi,
As of now there’s no custom css that should fix it, especially since it’s in the admin side :( we’ll get back to you :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
No worries :) We would like to help you with what you’re trying to achieve. I think I understand what you meant, you have 6 slides with 2 buttons each, here are the css codes:
First Slide First Button (left)
.home #fullscreen_slider_1 .slide-1 .avia-slideshow-button { margin-right: 20px !important; }First Slide Second Button (right)
.home #fullscreen_slider_1 .slide-1 .avia-slideshow-button-2 { margin-right: 20px !important; }Second Slide First Button (left)
.home #fullscreen_slider_1 .slide-2 .avia-slideshow-button { margin-right: 20px !important; }Second Slide Second Button (right)
.home #fullscreen_slider_1 .slide-2 .avia-slideshow-button-2 { margin-right: 20px !important; }you’ll notice the changes I made are on .slide-x (where x is the slide #) and the first button uses .avia-slideshow-button and the 2nd uses .avia-slideshow-button-2. Hope you get the pattern :) Let us know if you need further assistance :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Thanks for providing the admin access, I was about to check the page however the admin (username in private content) is still working on it. Let us know if it’s okay to check the page. As for 1. please install the said plugin as it allows you to change the image size without modifying the core files in Enfold :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
No worries, glad that you figured it out. Thanks for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi Erin,
Glad to hear that. Thanks for using Enfold and have a nice day! :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Sorry I misunderstood what you said, I thought you were asking how to apply it on each slide, please remove the code on each slide and this should only apply to the first fullscreen slider on your homepage :)
.home #fullscreen_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-button.avia-color-light { margin-right: 20px !important; }Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 7, 2018 at 3:00 pm in reply to: Portfolio Items not responding to order by date or random #909201Hi,
Thanks for giving us ftp access, I have checked it and when this is checked in Events > Settings > Recurring event instances, Order by & Display Order doesn’t work. If you’re not using it, you can uncheck it and random should work properly. :)

Thanks, I see what you are referring to and the same is also happening on my end, it seems that feature added before (the latest version on that date has that fixed height and scrolling feature), I’ll be reporting this issue to Kriesi and our devs :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Yes the code Victoria gave should apply to all first fullscreen slider on all pages. :)
Best regards,
