I have checked your site and I’m still not sure why it’s not working on IE 11 though it works fine on Microsoft Edge and other browsers, I have tested the Fullwidth Easy Slider on IE 11 and it works fine so I don’t think this is a bug on the theme. Can you try to disable all plugins and check if the issues is still there, flush out the cache if you have a caching plugin. If the issue is gone after disabling all plugins, try to enable them one by one and check to find out what plugin is causing the issue, if that doesn’t help, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I have checked your site and I can’t seem to find where to add videos in the Stages post type, can you point us where it is located? also I don’t think is covered by our support since this isn’t a bug on our ALB elements, but we’ll still try to look into it and try to help as much as we can.

Thanks, I have changed on the page, the Section ID from #gallery to gallery and in the menu link, I have replaced the link to just #gallery, this works on the homepage properly but it will not work on other pages, using /#gallery for the menu link url makes it work on other pages but the indicator would also not work properly :( You might want to use fullwidth submenu for it.

I could not see the transparent box that you have mentioned, can you post a screenshot on how it looks on your end? as for applying to all pages, you can use this one:

Thanks, I have checked it again and have flushed out the cache and clear browsing cache on my end and it works fine. Can you try to clear the browser cache on your end and check? let us know if it’s good on your and or it’s not showing. Here is a screenshot on how it looks on my end (link in private content).

Thanks for providing the admin access, and checked if there are errors, but I find none. I noticed there are lots of active plugins, which might be causing the issue, can you try to flush out the cache then disable caching plugin, then try to disable all other plugins except for woocommerce, then check if the filter works fine, if it does please activate the plugins one by one and check to find out which one is causing the issue. If that doesn’t help can you give ftp access? and permission to temporarily disable plugins, so we can try to debug and isolate the issue.

Thanks for providing the ftp access, I turned on debug which removes the 500 Internal Server Error, fixed some errors and turned off debug and it works fine now. Let us know if you need further assistance :)

Thanks for providing the ftp access, however it doesn’t work on my end. I use filezilla to connect, this is the error I get:
