Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hi carlamurray,

It uses Layerslider and the 4 boxes at the bottom is a Grid Row with negative margin so it shows on top of the slider.
Inside the Grid Rows are icons and special headings.

Hi Luca,

The problem is on your child theme, which causes iconlist’s css not loading/working.
Please backup your child theme first then remove iconlist.php in the shortcodes folder.

Thanks for providing us some steps on how to reproduce the issue.
I tried it but couldn’t find the issue on my end. I have tested a fullwidth easy slider and enfold google map widget on one of the footer columns and it was working fine and no glitch.

It’s a woocommerce issue where the Product Price Filter and other woocommerce filters only shows on the shop page itself or an archive page

Can you try to flush out the cache and check if it helps, if not please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Thanks for giving us ftp access.
However I still could not figure out how to fix this error on your end:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Though I did notice that jquery.js is being loaded last which is most likely what’s causing the issue as shown in screenshot 1 in private content.
Also I did notice when viewing page source of your site (at the bottom), I see this script (2nd screenshot in private content).
I’m hesitant to disable all plugins on your site just to isolate the issue, however can you disable the plugin that’s responsible for it?

Thanks for providing the link.
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

#top .awc_icons .flex_cell.av_one_third:hover span {
    color: yellow !important;
}

#top .awc_icons a {
    text-decoration: none !important;
}

Just change the yellow color to anything that you’d like.

Hey 1lizcollins,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked it and I think you have header.php in your child theme though I can’t be sure since Appearance > Editor isn’t available, if you have header.php please try to update it since there are a lot of updates done on that file and consider updating it also on your child theme, make sure to have a backup though just in case.
If that doesn’t help, please give us ftp access, so we can try to check on the child theme further.
