It should just appear as long as the Entries (in Which Entries field) are products.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hey DROR,

It’s because you have set Maximum Container width to 1310px in Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions.
You can use percentage instead so when you view on large screens it doesn’t show a large white space.

I’m getting this error in the web console when trying to click on the burger menu:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'split' of undefined

Can you try to temporarily disable all plugins and check if it works fine? if yes please enable the plugins one by one to know which is causing the conflict.
Otherwise, please give us temporary admin access, so we can try to check it. Just post the details in private content so it’s only visible to the moderators.

I think it’s possible though Enfold doesn’t have that feature.
You can write and use some custom js script for it, you may need to check this in the documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-custom-js-or-php-script/
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid it’s out of the scope of our support.

But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented.
