Hey James Bowtine,
Are you using Grid Layout or Logo Slider?
Also tell us how many columns are you using? so we can try to reproduce and give an accurate answer.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 28, 2020 at 4:10 am in reply to: Easy Slider not available, but on Theme. Not working with update! #1241380Hey MysticMimi,
I have checked your site and it seems to be working properly.
The only issue I found is that there’s an unknown image in the logo.
As for the Easy Slider, it seems working on the backend and frontend.
Can you try to check using other browsers or Chrome in Incognito mode? maybe you are seeing a cached version that causes issue on your end.Best regards,
NikkoHey Antonis,
The Theme Options allow only 2 breakpoints 768px and 990px, you can seee this in Enfold > Main Menu > General (tab) > Menu Items for mobile
If it’s only the header then it would be easier but if you want to modify including the body then I think you need to adjust it in the CSS folder in the following files:
– grid.css
– base.css
– layout.css
There may be other places but these 3 are the foundation.
If you would be changing this, please do it in a child theme, then dequeue the original and enqueue the modified ones.
I hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi ramiropuig,
We’re glad that it’s fixed :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi dezineo,
Thanks, if I checked on the backend, this is what I’m getting:
.container { max-width: 1010px; }If you have a caching plugin please flush it or if there’s a built-in internal caching provided by the server.
Or if you have Autoptimize plugin or any optimization/minification plugins, please flush it out as well.
If none works, please Disable CSS file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.Best regards,
NikkoHi Kaleidoscope_Advertising_and_Design_Inc,
Go to Enfold > Header > Extra Elements (tab) > Phone Number or small info text.
Make sure Header Phone Number/Extra Info is set to Display on top (either right or left).
Hope it helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Kaleidoscope_Advertising_and_Design_Inc,
Please add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
#top #main { position: relative; } #top #main .stretch_full.title_container { position: fixed; top: 147px; width: 100%; z-index: 320; }Best regards,
NikkoHi Kaleidoscope_Advertising_and_Design_Inc,
We’re glad to hear that :)

NikkoHey brianwelsh,
I just want to remind you that Contact Form 7 is not part of the Enfold theme and we don’t usually answer questions that aren’t related to Enfold.
However, the question is most likely HTML standard related, so you can try adding this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:#top .main_color select { background-color: blue; }Just replace the blue color with anything that you’d like.
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi dezineo,
Can you give us a screenshot to have a better context? also provide us a link to your site so we can inspect the page.
You can post the link in private content if you don’t want the link to be shown in public.Best regards,
NikkoHey laurastenhouse,
Please try to add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { #top .av-large-testimonial-slider .avia-testimonial-meta-mini { text-align: center; } #top .av-large-testimonial-slider .avia-testimonial-meta .avia-testimonial-image { float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; } }Best regards,
NikkoHey dezineo,
You can set the width of the body of the page in Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions (tab) > Maximum Container width.
As for the best size for background image, I think around 1600px in width (just to balance the size (kb) of image and also the sharpness).
Just make sure that Background Repeat is set to Stretch to fit.
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHey brokomnet,
The max_execution_time and max_input_time are a bit low I think, maybe setting it to a higher amount like 240 would make it work better.
I have tried to upload the images manually, but as I was uploading the images started to appear.
Please check and let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 28, 2020 at 2:26 am in reply to: Images all messed up after the upgrade to (4.7.6.3) #1241359Hey Steve,
I see that you have rolled back.
There were some issues with upgrading to WordPress 5.5 and few issues on the current version of Enfold but mostly relating to another plugin but messed up images are not one of them.
Maybe there were some issues that happened during the update.
Can you try to create a staging site? Here’s a tutorial on how to do it easily: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
It’s basically just a clone of your existing site used to test before any major change is done to the live site, please create one and do the updates there again and give us admin access to it.Best regards,
NikkoHey lauragrashoff,
Can you try to remove the top margin on the 4th Color Section of the given page?
Let us know if this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi XV,
We’re glad to hear that :)

NikkoHey Eefke,
I think you can keep the size you are using just set the Color Section’s (Section Background) Background Repeat from No Repeat to Stretch to fit (stretches image to cover the element).
If you’re not satisfied with the sharpness of your image then you can put a bigger one.Best regards,
NikkoHey Eefke,
I have tried to check on your site and it’s looking perfectly well.
The width is 1310px as well as defined in your Theme Options.
Can you try to check using another browser or Chrome in Incognito mode?Best regards,

NikkoAugust 28, 2020 at 1:52 am in reply to: Cant get access to backend "Cannot modify header information -….." #1241351Hi Toni,
You’re welcome. :)
There’s a minor bug in the code that only shows to some people (most likely due to server settings) and this was fixed in the later versions of Enfold.Best regards,
NikkoHey Mktg20,
Please add this CSS code in QUick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
#top.home #main #av_section_1 .template-page { padding-bottom: 0 !important; }Best regards,
NikkoHi carstenstrandvad,
If that is what is shown in the web inspector, then most likely the cause is caching.
Please flush out the cache either from plugins (or maybe from optimization/minification plugins like Autoptimize) and also if your server provides built-in internal server caching.Best regards,
NikkoHey Karyn M Granrud,

The latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) contains patches for WordPress 5.5 which fixes incompatibilities between WordPress and Enfold.
Also, WordPress 5.5 removes jQuery migrate which causes a lot of issues to some plugins and the fix is to install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/Best regards,
