I have checked your site and I don’t see that anymore via web inspector.
However the watermarks “For development purposes only” is still present which I believe has reached its free limits and would require you to fill in the billing details in google.

The admin account has access to everything in the WordPress site but it is limited when it comes to server access privileges.
The only thing I can help is to give information on the cause of the issue.
You’ll most likely need to contact your hosting provider to whitelist your IP, here’s a similar issue in a different thread but this one is hosted in godaddy:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/advanced-layout-builder-still-wont-load/ but is also having the firewall blocking the content and shows only the spinning icon.

This only happens when WordPress is updated to version 5.5 and the Enfold is version 4.7 and below , please use Enfold 4.7.6.3 since it contains patches for WordPress 5.5.
Please download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and I would suggest following Rikard’s instruction in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-10/ on how to update your theme.

Yes, you should still be able to download the latest version of Enfold using the ThemeForest account you used to purchase it.
You can’t upgrade it via Theme Options since Envato has already changed from using an API key to update the theme to using tokens.
Please download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and I would suggest following Rikard’s instruction in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-10/ on how to update your theme.
Then register the theme by following the instructions in the documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ so you can just upgrade next time via Theme Options.

Thanks for giving us admin access and detailed description of the issue :)
The burger is now showing on mobile devices, the problem was caused by this CSS code in Quick CSS:

.home .main_menu {margin-top: -60px;}

To fix it, I inserted this code:

  .home .main_menu {
    margin-top: 0; 
  }

inside the media query:

@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {

Can you tell us what version of Enfold you’re using?
In the newer versions you can go to Enfold > Performance, then enable Show advanced options
Then play around the different options in the dropdown for Unique timestamp of merged files and WP object cache bug

Envato has changed their way of updating sites from API keys last year to using tokens.
The only way for you to update the theme is to contact the guy who developed your site and ask for the latest version of Enfold and for a token since the theme can only be downloaded using the themeforest/envato account used to purchased Enfold. If you have the purchase code and necessary information I think you can try to contact for themeforest/envato’s support for assistance. Otherwise you’ll need to purchase Enfold in your account so you can download it there and apply it on your site. Then register it with a personal token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

I have checked the code and I think this part is wrong:

avia_framework_globals.gmap_api = 'MYAPIKEY';

MYAPIKEY should be replaced with your Google API key, I tried to modify it in Theme Editor but it’s protected.
Please replace that code with the code in private content.

Please rollback first using your backup.
Then upgrade PHP to 7.3, then Enfold to 4.7.6.3 before updating to WordPress 5.5.

For the angled edge, use a Color Section with a background color or image.
Then in Styling (tab) > Borders, set Section Bottom Border Styling to Diagonal Section Border.
Set the Diagonal Border Color similar to the color of the section below it, then set the direction and border box style.

The 2nd one uses a Color Section and a 1/1 column, in Row Settings (tab) > Margin, check Custom top and bottom margin and put a negative margin on Margin-top (example -200px), then apply a background color.

It’s similar but I think the only difference is Quick CSS code’s can be merged and minified with other Enfold’s code however it can also be a downside because of caching.
