Thanks, memory limit is exhausted based on the error logs.
Please increase your memory limit, I think 128M should be enough.

I have checked it and even turned on WordPress debug and logging and I could not see the issue appearing again.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

At the moment we could not yet actually pinpoint the cause of the issue however we’re trying to isolate the cause of the issue in order to fix the problem.
The envato token is needed for theme registration and theme updates, it is used to connect with envato and notification for the latest release of the theme.
It shouldn’t be an issue for the next theme udpate.
Can we request again for temporary admin access on the staging site? since the previous one already expired.Best regards,

The login form now loads however the admin access still does not work.
FTP as well didn’t work, even changed different settings and the alternative to the username.

Thanks for giving us the video.
I tested it on my end as well on Homepage Test page and it worked fine.
I posted two screenshots in private content, one when I clicked the Preview button and the preview page.
Can you try to clear the browser cache? your browser maybe fetching older javascript files that causes the button not to work.
If your in chrome, try incognito mode to check.Best regards,

I tried to check the image however the link you gave returns:

I don’t think there’s much change with the columns from Enfold 4.4 to the current version however since there are 3 factors that most likely affected it Enfold, WordPress and Learndash and the changes that come with it over time most likely caused it, I could not 100% guarantee that it would not happen again but I’m certain that our developers are trying their best to still make the page builder as compatible as possible with WordPress and plugins especially the major plugins.
For the 3 things you listed, I tried to log in again with the credentials you gave, however, it does not seem to work now, please check.Best regards,

The login page is not loading on my end.
Can you try to go to Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager, and delete the extra fonts or icons? and see if it helps.

Though Enfold is a responsive theme however we do add image height and width as it’s now used for Google Pagespeed’s metric (CLS).

Thanks, I have modified one course and one module (link in private content) and it seems to work properly.
I just replaced the 1/1 Column to a Color Section and the 1st Color Section with column inside it, I added a 148px top padding.Best regards,

I was able to check it on your end but could not figure out why this is happening.
I tried to reproduce the same on my end with WPML active however I do not get the same result.
Does your server have some internal caching built into it?
I tried to leave only 2 plugins on your staging site Woocommerce and UberMenu 3 – The Ultimate WordPress Mega Menu and it seems to show the same result.Best regards,

I don’t think a fix will be added in the future since the plugin is incompatible with our implementation of Magnific Popup.
Our developers are doing their best for plugin compatibility but they only limit it to major ones considering the time and cost it takes to make it compatible with most plugins.
I hope you would understand, for the meantime we could only provide the workaround.Best regards,

@Eisi101 the issue is caused by the major upgrade of WordPress to 5.5 specifically removing the jQuery migrate file which really caused a lot of issues on most themes and many plugins but it’s a step forward in the direction WordPress would like to take.Best regards,

I inspected on the logo image and noticed this code is taking effect, which is the primary reason it’s not appearing:.logo img { display: none!important; }I tried to look into Quick CSS but I could not find the code, please remove the code the flush out the cache.
