NikkoDecember 2, 2020 at 6:29 pm in reply to: Enfold layout builder not working stuck on the spinning wheel [URGENT] #1264553Hi marlonvanwyhe,
Can we request for cPanel access? or atleast FTP access? so we can try to investigate on it further.
Best regards,
NikkoHi hsmmarketing,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Joan,
Thanks, it seems to be loading properly when CSS file merging and compression is disabled in Enfold > Performance.
If it is enabled, since it’s merged with other CSS files it does not seem to show up but the code is actually merged.Best regards,
NikkoHi Bjork,

No worries, just post here when you have created the account.

NikkoHi Bjork,
Here are the steps:
1. Go to Appearance > Editor in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Select the correct theme or child theme from the select theme option on top.
3. After selecting the correct theme, you may notice a lot more files depending on the theme you have. Browse the file “Theme Functions” or “functions.php”. ( You can also use an FTP client and navigate to wp-content\themes\enfold-child\functions.php )
4. Add the code to the bottom of the functions.php file as shown in the below example.function enfold_after_main_container() { dynamic_sidebar( 'subheader' ); } add_action('ava_after_main_container', 'enfold_after_main_container');5. Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets
6. Create a new widget area named subheader
7. Place your widget inside that widget area.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Jacopotj,
Can you tell us the details on what actions are made before those issues appeared?
If it is a theme issue as you have said then this would be a common issue on this forum but this is the first time I have heard of this issue and giving us more details would help us evaluate it.
If we can reproduce the issue then it could be a bug of the theme and we’ll forward it to our devs.Best regards,
NikkoHi michaelcrofte,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have tried manual import using XML files however it fails as well and just returns 404, an alternate solution for it is to try to import the demo on a local server like Xampp and move the demo site to your live server using a WordPress migration plugin.Best regards,

NikkoHi Slava,
Thanks for giving us both link and screenshot.
There’s a js error showing in the bottom, can you try to disable all plugins and check if it fixes the issue?
If yes, try to enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing it.Best regards,
NikkoHi grizzlee06,
You can enable it on cPanel, here’s a link that should help: https://hacksmile.com/how-to-turn-on-off-error-reporting-for-all-pages-in-cpanel/
Hope it helps.Best regards,

You can make your request here: https://kriesi.at/contact/customization

NikkoHi jorisbl,
I believe you can use 1/1 for those sections with single column and 2/3 + 1/3 to those two columns.
Then for the posts, you can use Blog Posts and set its Blog Style to Grid Layout and just show a specific category in each section.
I hope that helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi David,

NikkoHi Joan,
The reason it’s not loaded is probably because custom.css is not enqueued, please check WordPress’ documentation for it: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/#3-enqueue-stylesheet
Hope it helps :)Best regards,

NikkoHi elfuego1340,
Try to add animation: none; or (if it doesn’t work) animation: none!important; to:
#top .av-siteloader { background: url(https://website.com/path/to/logo.jpg) center center no-repeat; background-size: contain; border: none; height: 120px; width: 120px; }it should look like:
#top .av-siteloader { background: url(https://website.com/path/to/logo.jpg) center center no-repeat; background-size: contain; border: none; height: 120px; width: 120px; animation: none; }Hope it helps. :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi TEC-SAS,
I apologize, I forgot to mention how it got fixed.
In Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL), the address has a space between it, instead of http://yoursite.com it was http:// yoursite.com.
After removing the space, the issue was fixed.Best regards,
NikkoHi fcp,
I see, please add this code in functions.php of your child theme:
function enfold_default_icons($icons) { $icons['wishlist'] = array( 'font' =>'entypo-fontello', 'icon' => 'ue807'); return $icons; } add_filter('avf_default_icons', 'enfold_default_icons');Then you’ll also need to add this code in the enfold_woocommerce_cart_dropdown function:
$output = "<ul id='menu-item-wishlist' class='menu-item'>"; $output .= "<li class='wishlist-item'><a href='#replace_with_link'><span ".av_icon_string('wishlist')."></span></a></li>"; $output .= "</ul>";place it above:
$output .= "<ul id='menu-item-profile' class='menu-item'>";Best regards,
NikkoHi bobfurgo,
I have already looked into it in different browsers and I get the same result.
Screenshots in private content.Best regards,
NikkoNovember 30, 2020 at 11:25 am in reply to: How to put a field from a post in post content element? #1263902Hi jeiceta,
I think the reason why it’s returning an array is because the Return Format of the image field is Image Array (which is set by default) and the code you used is for Image ID as written in the ACF documentation: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/image/
Best regards,
Nikko -
