Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

I have inspected your site and the code isn’t fetched.
You can confirm this by right-clicking the slider in the greek language, click Inspect Element, and click the div with a class of container.
Try flushing out the cache as it is most likely the cause of the issue.
Otherwise, please extend the login you gave as it has already expired.

I have modified the Color Section at the bottom of the page and set its Custom ID Attribute to myfooter.
Please add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling (just change the font size value, the default size is 18px):

#top #wrap_all #myfooter .social_bookmarks li a {
    font-size: 24px;
}

If you need to use this on other pages, then just set the section’s Custom ID Attribute to myfooter.

For Capture 1, please go to Enfold > Performance > Disabling of template builder elements (set this to) Always load all elements then check if it shows properly.
For Capture 2, please go to Enfold > Performance > Javascript file merging and compression (set this to) Disable – no Javascript file merging and compression then check, if it doesn’t work then please try to flush out the cache first, disable all plugins and check to see if it still persists, if it does not, then enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.
For Capture 3, you can ignore the Warnings, those are the files and functions that are dependent on jQuery Migrate which is removed in the current version of WordPress, if you look on the address you’ll what plugins are using it, you’re Enfold version should be good since it’s not listed there.

Hi Rodolfo,

As Victoria mentioned, you can use the same files (the ones you see on the Downloads page).
The difference will be in Theme Registration: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If you have two domains/site that uses Enfold and each should use a unique private token since Envato knows how many Enfold themes you have purchased (in this case two) there won’t be any issue with Theme Updates however if only one Enfold is purchased then Theme Updates won’t work properly in one of the sites.
