For future comments, you can go to Settings > Discussion > uncheck Allow people to submit comments on new posts
As for old posts, you can go to Posts > select Everything (check the checkbox on top) > select Edit then click the Apply button then set Comments to Do not allow.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Please go to Enfold > Privacy and Cookies > Cookie Handling (tab) > then check (or enable) Modal Window Custom Content
It should allow you to modify the Tab Labels and Tab Contents like Privacy Policy which shows in the popup.

Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.

or

Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.

However, the FTP is working properly and I could see the error_logs and made some fixes.

I was able to check and reproduce the issue on my end however this is exactly the same behavior/issue showing when using a default WordPress Theme like TwentyTwenty or TwentyTwentyOne.
The workaround for this is to use woocommerce’s hook woocommerce_archive_description and put it in a child theme, here’s an example (it will only output a heading):

function myshop_archive_description() {
	echo "<h2>Do Something</h2>";
}

add_action('woocommerce_archive_description', 'myshop_archive_description');

Please do the following for the red bar.
1. Add a Color Section on top, change the background color to red (Styling > Background Colors) then in Advanced > Developer Settings > Custom ID Attribute, put redbar.
2. Add a Text Block inside the Color Section and make the font color white.
3. Go to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS, then add this code:

#redbar {
    min-height: 0;
}

#redbar .content {
    padding: 0;
}

As for the bunch of whitespace in the screenshot, are those columns inside a Color Section? can you give us a link? so we can inspect further.
