Hi paulreali,

Please create a separate thread and provide us with admin access so we can check on your backend.
Just post the credentials in private content so it’s only visible to the moderators and thread creator.

I tried to compare it and on my local installation and it seems to be missing some css.
Can you try to disable CSS file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance and clear cache?
If you have some minification plugin, please also disable it temporarily.

Thanks, however my IP address is blocked (see screenshot).
I have put my IP however it’s dynamic, maybe unblocking access from other countries on the staging site would be better so other moderators could also check on it.

Hi Krystian,

We are not very familiar with these plugins, the first one I believe you can either contact the plugin author or try to request assistance from your hosting provider.

As for the other issue, I believe only the plugin author can fix it.

I tried to enter the credentials and just skip the authenticator but it failed.

Hi emilconsor,

Can you try to document your settings on the child theme compared to the parent theme? try to tweak the settings one by one to know which one is causing the issue.
If this still does not work, export the settings from the child theme, then just recreate the child theme (basically similar in everything except for the name) then import the settings to the new child theme. It may seem like a weird thing but I have fixed some issues doing this step when nothing seems to work and it was not even an enfold theme.

Hi Filz,

I tried to import using Enfold 4.8.3, exported settings from your main language then imported it on your 2nd and 3rd language and it seems to work properly on my end (screenshot in private content).
Can you tell us what browser and OS you’re using? you might have extensions that maybe interfering. (I’m using Chrome in Windows 10)

Hi Krystian,

Thanks for providing us admin access again.
The first warning “Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect.” is caused by this plugin Welcome Email Editor
And the second one “Warning: Undefined array key 0 in /home/mitocare/domains/mitocare.pl/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 76” is caused by InPost dla WooCommerce
It wouldn’t matter if you’re using the enfold theme, child theme or default WordPress theme.

This code seems to take effect on Chrome but not on Firefox:

Can you try to remove it and see if this is the cause?

I tried to import using the Theme Options and it worked properly (screenshot in private content).
I also don’t see the issues you mentioned when inspecting on the site however I do see some js errors in the web console.

The reason it’s displaying those Read More text link is because of this function in your child theme: wpse_custom_wp_trim_excerpt
To fix this, you’ll need to exclude pages where this function will apply using WordPress’ conditional tags: https://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags

I apologize for my misunderstanding with tweaks which I gave an example on how we provide help with tweaks if it’s not in the theme.
Regarding the https://wox.com.tr/mimari-render/ page, it’s just using the Masonry Gallery and no tweak is required for it.

Regarding the code block, I have tested it and I don’t also get same results as you have.
I tried doing this on my end first then I created a private page on your site (link in private content) and those codes does not disappear.

The login credentials does not work, please check.
Please try to update your Enfold theme from Enfold 4.7.5 to the latest version 4.8.3, this should fix the issue.
If it’s still not fixed after the update then please just disable Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.
