Thanks for giving us admin access.
It seems the misunderstanding was in Step 5 (Location Rules) because of the language, on my end Taxonomy is under Forms and the taxonomy under Post is Post Taxonomy, it seems in French it has the same label, Taxonomie both under Publication and Formulaires (the correct one is under Formulaires which I have already changed).
I have added some intro text on these two categories (link in private content)

The problem seems to be the Woocommerce plugin itself, can you try to re-install it?
Since I noticed that all plugins except Woocommerce are disabled, I switched the theme to the default theme Twenty Twenty-One (I have switched back to Enfold after testing for several seconds) and noticed that even with the default theme, the behavior is the same on the add to cart button.
Can you try to check with your host if there’s a caching feature on your server? if yes then ask to flush it or request for assistance if re-installing the Woocommerce plugin isn’t helping.

Thanks for giving us FTP access.
I have checked the error and the files mentioned and I could see the file in its proper place as well as the code intact (location in enfold > framework > php > inc-autoconfig.php).
I also tried to replace the whole framework folder and it still has the issue.
Can you try to request assistance from your hosting provider to check on this issue?

Can you change the account to have admin privileges? if you’re not comfortable with it then please setup a staging site (basically a duplicate of your live site).

You’ll just need to right-click over the image and click Inspect (you’ll see it in the screenshot I gave), you just need to make sure the image is selected and hover over the CSS properties applied to it on the Styles (right side of the panel).

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

I have checked it and it seems the cause of the issue you mentioned at the beginning (tab section titles not showing and takes you to the last tab at the bottom of the page) are the multiple maps showing in the tab sections, we’ll forward this issue to our devs.
As for the orders, is that showing on the email? I can’t seem to find it though I have checked in Woocommerce > Orders.

I tried the credentials you gave however it doesn’t work.
It returns the password is incorrect, please check.
Please try first to edit the slider then go to Slider Settings > Layout, then make sure it is set to Responsive.
