    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Nothing has been changed with Enfold’s WYSIWYG editor and I also don’t see the same as the one you have posted in my Text Block.
    Can you give us temporary admin access? so we can check it.

    Hi Luisgasser,

    Thanks for giving us FTP access.
    I have checked on the issue and it seems moving Enfold and Enfold Child to another folder (basically forcing WordPress to use the default theme) does not remove the error.
    What are the changes that you made recently? did you update the PHP version? try to undo those steps and see if it new errors that are appearing would go away.
    Also, try to contact your hosting provider for assistance since the errors that are showing up are from WordPress and maybe the issue is more on the server.

    Hi Netzie,

    I apologize for the delayed response.
    For those sites that do not use the layerslider, go to Enfold > Layout Builder > Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin then choose the option that removes the plugin.
    As for the other sites that are using it, I tried to check on the issue on my local server but I don’t see it showing up.
    Can you give us temporary admin access to one of those sites? so we can check on the backend. (Just post the credentials in private content)

    I have fixed the blurred image and added the dots-for-dark-background overlay.
    As for the header issue, I believe you don’t want the shrinking header so I disabled it in Enfold > Header > Header Behavior (tab) > Shrinking Header.

    Thanks for giving us FTP access.
    I have checked the files however there’s no error_logs file.
    Can you try to find this line of code in wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    and replace it with:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    Then try to upgrade your PHP version and see the error and post it here.

    Can you try to manually replace the enfold theme via FTP? make sure to backup the old theme before you replace.
    If that doesn’t help, please give us FTP access, so we can inspect on the issue and just post the credentials in private content.

    Hi flfeadmin,

    Enfold 4.8.4 has been released, please try to create a staging site first then apply the updates there first to see if there are any issues without causing issues to your live site.

    After checking the posts and the categories, it seems to be working as it should, for example, the post in private content has post nav items of the same category and skips other posts that are not of the same category.
