Thanks Yigit. It looks like that decreased the padding between the links and borders instead of decreasing the height of the borders. I tried modifying it to decrease the top/bottom padding, but it doesn’t seem to change the height of the borders.
That worked great. Thanks Vinay!
Btw… is there a way to decrease the height of the border between the links in the secondary menu?
Sure thing Vinay. Here you go.
Thanks Andy. That did the trick.
The info requested is below and yes, you can disable plugins if needed.
Sure thing. Here’s a screenshot showing the duplicate menu that is showing up:

I placed a green outline around the entire area that is displaying. The duplicate menu is on the left side and is hard to see because of the dark text.
This is what I’m trying to make the header look like:

Thanks Ismael. That helped. However, I still have a gap at the top of the header that I can’t seem to get rid of. Also, whenever I try to add some custom CSS to style the secondary menu, a duplicate of it shows up at the top of the page above the logo. You should be able to see that on the website now. Sorry about the password, that should work now.
Thanks Yigit. That worked great. Just one thing, is there a way to remove the space created by the top bar the secondary menu normally would be positioned in that is directly above the logo and main menu? The CSS you provided moved the secondary menu where I need it, but there is a gap above all three of the elements in the header where the secondary menu and additional contact info would normally be displayed.
I can’t set #header_meta .container to display: none, because the secondary menu is still technically in that div and it also disappears when I do that.
Sure thing, below is the URL. You can see the secondary menu I have now with a border around it. I also included a link to a mock-up showing how we would like to position the secondary menu.

November 23, 2016 at 9:04 pm in reply to: Position Three Containers With One Spanning the Height of the First Two #716150I was able to get the background to span the height of the two stacked containers in the tall one beside it by setting the background in that grid column to stretch to fit.
November 23, 2016 at 2:38 pm in reply to: Position Three Containers With One Spanning the Height of the First Two #715954Sure, the URL is in the private content. The containers I’m referring to are the ones with the “Track Your Cargo”, “Global Connectivity” and “Port Operations Centre” headers. Everything is working pretty good now, except I need to get the “Port Operations Centre” container to span the entire height of the other two combined. Depending on the size of your screen you will get a gap under that container or the “Global Connectivity” container.
November 22, 2016 at 6:29 pm in reply to: Position Three Containers With One Spanning the Height of the First Two #715490I made some progress with this by using a grid row set to have two 1/2 columns. In the left I placed two 1/1 columns (one on top of each other) for the two smaller/stacked containers. In the right I placed a single 1/1 column. That seems to work. Only I need the two on the left to span the entire height of the single container on the right. Right now I have all three set to “Equal Height”. I suspect a setting like that is what I’m looking for, but I haven’t had any luck yet.
November 17, 2016 at 8:17 pm in reply to: Changing or Removing Sidebar Menu Backgound & Borders #713731Hi Basilis, are you able to see the page okay, but just not the background/borders in the menu? I think I was able to address it after making my post. I got rid of the background by removing the Alternate Background color value for menu hover, tables etc. in the theme options and removed the border with the CSS below:
.sidebar .widget_nav_menu ul:first-child > .current-menu-item, .sidebar .widget_nav_menu ul:first-child > .current_page_item, .sidebar .widget_nav_menu ul:first-child > .current-menu-ancestor { box-shadow: none; }
So I think I might be okay.

October 20, 2016 at 4:49 pm in reply to: Background Image Cut Off in Logo/Main Menu Right sidebar #701992I ended up removing the CSS you provided. It changed the position of the background image in the body content instead of the background image in the right sidebar where the logo/main menu are displayed. I included login info for you in the private content so you can have a closer look.
I also placed a white border around the area where the background is displaying. You can see the red background color extends all the way to the bottom, but the background image only goes part way.
October 19, 2016 at 3:16 pm in reply to: Background Image Cut Off in Logo/Main Menu Right sidebar #701362I removed it when it didn’t work. It should be added back in now.
October 18, 2016 at 3:56 pm in reply to: Background Image Cut Off in Logo/Main Menu Right sidebar #700711Thanks Yigit. I just tired that, but no luck.
Awesome. That did the trick. Thanks!
Thanks Yigit. I think that will do the trick.
September 21, 2016 at 1:30 pm in reply to: Partner/Logo Element Not Showing Additional Logos #689777Hi Andy,
I could see your new test partner logo area. However, I added another image to it and now it is only displaying one image. I also still don’t see all the images in my test above that. It still only displays the original 4 logos. It seems like the tool works when you create a new instance of it, but if you add to it or edit it, you don’t see those changes. I deleted both of the tests on that page and created a new one from scratch and all the logos I added displayed fine. I added another logo after publishing it as well and it displayed too. But when I did it a second time, it didn’t work again. So whatever is happening seems to be inconstant. I think for now I’ll just delete all the instances of the feature and create it again from scratch with the final logos we want to display. If I need to add a new logo, I’ll do the same and recreate a new one.
September 20, 2016 at 2:09 pm in reply to: Partner/Logo Element Not Showing Additional Logos #689217Hi Andy,
No, I’m not using any caching other than whatever my browser would cache when viewing the website. I created a test page (link below) and had no issues adding the 4 initial logos and publishing the page/feature. But when I added additional logos, I wasn’t able to see them and it still only shows 4 logos.Feel free to deactivate plugins to test things if you would like.
September 20, 2016 at 1:30 pm in reply to: Partner/Logo Element Not Showing Additional Logos #689167Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to look into this. Thanks.

September 6, 2016 at 1:32 pm in reply to: Conflict Between Advanced Visual Editor & Visual Composer #682598No, not really. We selected that plugin because it had the features we required and the client has already paid for it to be set-up and implemented.
September 2, 2016 at 12:55 pm in reply to: Conflict Between Advanced Visual Editor & Visual Composer #681265The Visual Composer plugin is required by the Google Maps PLUS for Visual Composer plugin in order to update and work with maps you create with it. The Advanced Visual Editor built into Enfold is needed for basically everything else in the website when it comes to layout of pages/updating content.
The only workaround I’ve been able to figure out is to temporarily disable the Visual Composer plugin when making content updates.
August 31, 2016 at 7:28 pm in reply to: Conflict Between Advanced Visual Editor & Visual Composer #680291Thanks for the reply. I already spoke to the plugin author. Here’s what they had to say…
…my add-on to VC can’t affect the general conflicts between the two page editors, as it is just an add-on. Whatever is causing the conflicts must be resolved between the two actual page builders, and that is unlikely to happen, as every page builder simply expects to be used without having to “watch out” for another competing page builder.
So only other thing I can do is contact the developer of the Visual Composer plugin. But I suspect they will tell me the same thing. Thanks Andy. I gave that a try, but it still didn’t look quite right. So changed it back without ant media quires and the slider is resizing using the default options now. I think that looks better. But I’d like to hide the slider and show a single background image when you get down below 758px. I have a background there now. But can’t seem to hide just the slider and display the background in the same area. Is that possible to do?
Just wondering if anyone had a chance to look into this. Thanks!
Sure, here you go…
No, I’m using iThemes Security Pro.
