NickHi Ismael,
Thank You so much for your Great Support as always you do!
I figure it out!
It was a “position=absolute” property that was causing the issue. I changed it to “position=relative” and now it’s ok.

NickHi Nikko,
Thank you so much for your quick reply and your precious support.
Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin worked and now I see Theme Options Menu.
You mentioned about Enfold versions 4.7.6.1 and below that would be affected by that issue… I have already installed Enfold 4.7.6.4 and I am facing jQuery Migrate issue. It would be fixed in your next version and when it would be launched?Thank you for your great support!
Best regards,
NickHi Mike,

I have resolved the issue. The problem was that the following class does not exist anymore: .post-type-archive-product and you to change it to: .type-product
I have added the corrected code below for anyone might need that code:

I did the same. I added 1-2 items to the cart, then I went to the cart and seaeched “pet” and pressed “ok” to the keyboard on mobile.
Unfortunately, I received “404 page” again.
Please see my video: https://sendvid.com/4dvr9ouo
Note: I am refering only in mobiles, In desktops works fine!

NickHi Mike,
Thank you so much for your quick reply!
In your No1 screenshot, the issue was there because it seems that the header doesn’t shrink as expected and no footer is displaying.
In your No2 screenshot, you were in product page and works fine there. The issue is in post pages.
I am using Google Chrome and I have cleared my browser cache.

It seems that the theme can not finish loading the page and it stucks there…I am looking forward to your news.

NickI just noticed something else… I don’t know if you mean the ftp access, that I have already configured it now, but if you logged in with the login credentials that I have already sent you, try to reach the Dashboard with the full link: https://zoomit.gr/wordpress_2/wp-admin/index.php and not with the following link: https://zoomit.gr/wordpress_2/wp-admin/ because you will receive the above error message.
Thank you so much.

Thank you for your support! I really appreciate it.
You mean that my image cannot be displayed as a whole, as it is?
I simply would like my image to be displayed as I upload it.
In your demo, I can notice that the image is been displayed in full width without any zoom… how can it be done?
https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/shop/I am looking forward to your news.
Best regards,
NickHi Victoria,
Thank you so much for your excellent support!
As you can see in the following screenshot, it zooms one part of the photo,
https://prnt.sc/ncgjmd
but I would like the photo to be displayed as a whole, as I upload it.
That’s the original photo: https://prnt.sc/ncgkpg
The resolution of the photo is: 1900×1200 as Basilis suggested.
Please you can disable also the parallax effect.I am looking forward to your news.
Best regards,
