Hey Guys,
And sorry for the long standing silence. I found the cause of the issue and it was that the WordPress and Woocomm need to be at the latest version (4.5.3 and 2.6.4 respectively). I was a single version behind on both (4.5.2 and 2.6.3) when I was not getting the products. It was a strange php error on the Template Tag for the products CPT that lead me to believe an update would fix it and it did.

It has worked for coloring the text and the children in the mega menu are changing size but the Parent size is not changing. Thank you for the quick response and for your help thus far.

I had mixed them up,
I used the old version that I had on my computer instead of the new one that I had downloaded. It is working now.
