Unfortunately, there are also problems with reinstalling Enfold.
When I upload the theme under “Design”, I am redirected to a page with the message
“The link you followed has expired.
Please try again.”
I tried it several times.
What could I have done wrong?

no, it is activated with default settings. Unfortunately, this is not the solution to the problem

thank you for your answer.
The problem is not in the frontend, but only when you want to create a layer slider in the backend.
The plugin cannot be found in the sidebar, but it can be found in the editor. When I want to use it and create a slider, the error message appears.
I have taken screenshots, but I cannot find a way to upload image files here.

I solved the problem by switching the toggle in “General Builder Options” – I’m so sorry, but i did not know this feature and never changed it ………. perhaps it came with an update??Many thanks to all of you, who tried to help me!!

thank you for your response – yes, that was, what i meant with “the whole classic editor is missing”. I have allready checked the trick deactivating all plugins in the beginning – without any effect.Now i deleted the theme and installed a fresh Enfold-Version via ftp as you proposed – but desperately the problem still remains.
As a trial i installed the plugin “Classic Editor” but still nothing has changed :(

Now i understood, that the whole classic editor is missing … even, if it’s activated in the theme …Hi Rikard, these are the Demos:

Hi,
I can confirm adding the product-image.php to a child theme works and restores the product images on the product page. I didn’t have to make any changes to the css!
Using:
– WordPress 4.7.3-de_DE
– WooCommerce 3.0.0
– Enfold 4.0.5Also, just for the record:
– WooCommerce Germanized 1.8.8
– WooCommerce Germanized Pro 1.7.5Looking forward to the 4.0.6 Enfold update so we don’t have to copy files to the child theme.
