Thanks Ismael,
Your link was very helpful. I have been able to populate my grouped products by selecting simple products to add to the parent product group, but unlike the how-to videos I’ve watched on creating and populating product groups, the option to select a product group from the linked products tab doesn’t come up for the simple products.
So bottom line, from the group product page(s) I can select simple products to add to the group, but from the simple product pages, I do not have the option to join any product groups.

Thanks! I fixed the problem with contact form 7, but found an even better solution using jotform. I’ll take a look at your recommendations too.

Hi Yigit,
I created a test page showing some of the Revolution Slider problems.

The first slide is supposed to be showing the text as big_black.
The second is supposed to be medium_black.
The third slide is supposed to be semitransparent black.These are just three of the most obvious nonworking styles. They displayed somewhat correctly in the layout screen, but not at all on the ‘preview’ screen and not well in the actual published pages. The problem exists in chrome, explorer, safari, and mozilla.
I’d appreciate any help you can provide.

That’s so weird; I could have sworn Revolution Slider came with Enfold when I purchased it for Pottery Northwest back in Jan 2014.

Not sure you’re going to see the problems I’ve described though because once I saw them I stopped using that style for that slide.

Hmmm, weird that it’s showing 2.7.1 since I definitely downloaded and then ftp’d version 2.8.1
Regardless, we found the source of the problem. It was a misplaced <b> instead of </b> tag in one of the menu labels.

My child theme folder only has style.css, functions.php, and screenshot.png.
I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do with includes>helper-main-menu.php

Hi Ismael,
I updated my theme via FTP, but the menu is still not displaying correctly.
BTW, not sure why you’re having me toggle through the menu and logo position options since I do want the log on the left and the menu on the right, just not so squished.

Hi Yigit,
Thanks for the suggestion. We have been putting off updating both the woocommerce plugin as well as the Enfold theme until April because we are in the middle of class registration through our website, and although we have made changes to the function.php and custom.css (and maybe even the index.php) files, we aren’t using a child theme yet. I’m a newbie to WordPress and am still learning about the use of a child theme.
Do you have any other troubleshooting suggestions other than updating Enfold?

Actually, I just looked at the homepage on Chrome again and it looks like it does trie to draw the third slide there too but then covers it with the first and second slide and then acts like there are only two slides.
