I have tried to place a text widget on the product pages and that is not displaying either. There seems to be a glitch. Regarding that. Looking for assistance placing widgets in the sidebar on product pages.

However, all unnecessary plugins have been deactivated and there is no change in the issue.

The site is almost done and the other issue I am having is the mobile display is not working, I have done no custom css to that. Please advise what I need to do to get the mobile display activated.

Specifically, it is a new page Resources, and it has to to do with page builder. You can edit it once, but not twice, and when you try to edit it twice is when everything breaks, I am running php 7.1 and everything is up to date with regards to the settings Mike shared.Attached is the screen cast.
As stated before, I have tried every browser and two separate computers and this is still happening.

Specifically, the page I am editing is the resources page, and adding a content block to the tabs, upon saving I get the same error.
I can send a video if thats necessary as well.

Just tried to edit a page and got the same error message. I was able to login with the credentials I sent give it another try.
