I had the same problem it looks like your API had a space infront of it. Try and input the API again and it should work. :)

I have deleted W3 Total Cache getting this error and It wont let me activate any plugins any help?

Okay I got the ftp to work logged in and everything is running again.

To fix this issue :

1. Access the root folder via FTP and go to wp-content\plugins
2. Re-name plugins folder to plugins-old

Do i make a new folder thats called plugins??? how do i get my plugins back?

Hi there,

My website is down I have no idea how to access the root folder via ftp. Where do i get ftp access from the host??? Please help I need the website up as soon as possible!

I can even access the admin page or anything whole website is down… please help I can’t even login or anything how can i fix this issue I cant even login!

If tried with 2 different phones Doesn’t seem to work on safari mobile? Clear cache also. works on the pc :)

I have not changed anything in the theme at all just updated but dreamhost sent me this information

Yes thank you it is working fine now I restored the theme to the older version then it showed the fatal error again so I restored it again and I tried updating to the newest enfold theme again and it finally worked with no error. Just wondering this is another topic but any recommendations on plugins to use to clear website viruses that don’t block google from crawling the website etc? Thanks
